I like it because the flowers are

I like it because the flowers are lovely and do get delivered on the date requested I do not like the trouble i had to order on the irish website for a delivery to England ended up having to go through an english site it was crazy

Not so Surprise Flowers for my Mom

When I ordered the flowers as a surprise gift for my mom from me in California to her in Celbridge I was asked to provide a phone number for the recipient The Interflora website noted that the recipient would ONLY be contacted in the event that there was a delivery issue However I understand that the florist called my mom from the shop before even attempting to deliver the flowers - which totally ruined the surprise I feel totally let down by the service

Lots of issues placing the order- it

Lots of issues placing the order- it was cancelled as they had no driver on the specific day Random phonecalls from unusual UK phone numbers which seemed like a scam Flowers we re very nice but just a lot later than originally hoped

Disappointed did not receive order chosen

I ordered a Basket of Country Blooms on 11th March which was on the list of choices for delivery in Canada However on the date of delivery the 12th I received an email from Interflora to say that Canadian HG had advised that their florist was unable to do this basket They did provide an alternative bouquet but it was not in a basket nor did it contain any roses which I particularly wanted or country blooms or even the butterflies on sticks I had specifically chosen this basket rather than a vase of flowers as they were for our daughter who is a wildlife scientist Though she liked the replacement flowers she got I was disappointed that she did not receive the basket that I had chosen for her

Very disappointed

Delivered on the date requested but I was very disappointed having received a photo of what was delivered versus what I ordered While I did not expect the exact bouquet I did expect a similar quality and variety for the cost involved Very little variety - mainly lilies which were already fully open so were not going last very long Very disappointed and would not order again

Lack of attention to Details of order

since my daughter received her order on wends 14 12 22 yesterday she took all the paper off of the flowers and discovered ANOTHER gift card with message on with a woman called jean was to receive these flowers as the flowers myself and her dad ordered were not what turned up which should have been lily iris and rose free and in a box for her birthday she received hand tied with the above flowers in so not happy with this expensive order and what turned up only got the birthday card right I am not happy with the service as someone else got my daughter birthday flowers not Inpressed with your service

Lovely flowers delivery an issue

Absolutely loved the flowers and I got a phone call from the flower shop dealing with me and she was gorgeous lady but I paid extra for same day delivery and it could not be facilitated I did not receive a refund which was disappointing

It was efficient but lacked quality

It was efficient but I e been with interflora for years it has become expensive with added post I don t use it as often as I used to so doesn t merit signing up However for all my years iNever ever seem to get any discount discount code It s quite frustrating I also saw the display delivered yes the vase was included but there was what seemed more fauna than flowers and Im sorry to say I wasn t really impressed with the display

The flowers arrived on the date

The flowers arrived on the date requested on time but unfortunately they looked like they may have been yesterday s flowers some were brown I was embarrassed that this was what was sent to my sister for her birthday

Disappointed

While the flowers themselves were very nice I was very disappointed that there were much fewer of them than I had expected from the pictures on the website I also thought again from the pictures that they would come in a cardboard box with water In actual fact they just came in cellophane wrapping For what I got I am disappointed especially as at 65 including delivery I was expecting something better for my Mammy for Mother s Day
