I bought two lemons last Friday 31st
I went to Intermache in Montpellier and was annoyed by my experience The checkout operator was rude because we were still in shop a little after closing time and we didn t know We asked where the water was and we were told by someone else who may have been manager that we were not able to get the water because it was too late Our experience at Lidl was more positive- staff were more helpful and friendly and shop is newer

I bought two lemons last Friday 31st January at the Intermarche in St Pardoux and when I went to use them today 3rd February BOTH of them were mouldy It is an absolute disgrace that they are allowed to sell such rotten fruit and veg especially as they are so expensive All this nonsense about tous unis contre la vie cher is just a joke - they are the most expensive supermarket in the area and definitely the worst

We use Intermarche Drive in Neuvic If you are a tourist with a European Visa card don t try to buy fuel or use the drive Your card is not accepted appears only French Carte Bleu is good Three different Intermarche s across France would not accept visa even though the purchas was confirmed good buy my bank in Luxembourg

Refused refund for missing items
Spent 500 on an online order for Drive collection in Thone Store messed up order yet still charged for missing items Impossible to get a refund for items they didn t supply all they would offer was a voucher for the same store limited to 1 month Effectively they have committed fraud as taken money for products not supplied and refuse to refund I ve used them every year for 10yrs 5 000 Will never use again Avoid

I tried to order for the first time and the experience was terrible I ordered groceries for delivery only to receive an email that I had to pick up my order When I got there the staff were not helpful and I was told my account was now closed No reason given I picked up my groceries and noticed when I got home most of the tomatoes were rotten
