Worked well great support
Interrail worked very well I don t like that you have to go online every 3 days for the pass to stay active but apart from that everything went very well I had some problems because I accidently used one travel day 5 day travel pass on the wrong day but the support was really helpful Without much ado and very fast they gave me the travel day back so I could make my trip as planned

Great service and responds within minutes
I ve contacted Interrail multiple time due to train delays and they ve always answered within under 15 minutes and offered me compensation which got through my banc account on the very same day Thank you so much Haven t experienced a comparable fast service with any other company so far

Amazing experience
Convenient and easy to navigate Some countries are of course better than others in terms of adding seat reservation supplements for example France wasnt good but really except this I enjoyed how simple it was I had to deal with customer service on a Sunday and same thing it went very smoothly

Overwhelming Service
The concept of eurail and interail really makes people like to plan a trip with minimum cost Everytime I travel by IC I always had a home like comfort and ticket controllers were friendly This is first I used mobile pass for global pass and I learnt on how to use the tool Though I made a mistake in adding a day ticket my request was understood and got it resolved immediately by service team

Elderly lady travelling alone
When I made my first long journey with an interrail ticket in my phone I felt a little unsure at first but it went away after a day when I discovered how easy it was It s easy to find train connections and flexible if plans change I am now planning my third 2-month trip and had a technical issue with the app which was quickly resolved with the help of the Customer Service Team

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service I was already convinced that the Interrail pass is a great way to travel across Europe after a first experience in the past years In addition the customer service is very reactive and helpful I had to book an hotel night because of my train delays got in touch with the customer service on the next day which was very reactive and I ve get the refund within 48 hours Great way to go on with my current trip without any stress

Not began my travels yet but my experience so far with the Interrail customer service team has been phenomenal I emailed the team asking for help with booking a train and not only received a swift response but received a step by step run down of how to book my train with picture aids and a direct link Super helpful so far Great customer service team

The best summer ever
I traveled with interrail for 4 traveling days it was an awesome experience Sadly I also had trubbels with some trains but the customer support replied to my mail right away and helped me get a refund for the hotel and other expenses
