I am just getting into video editing I am novice and am clumsy The advocates at Invideo Studio are so patient and professional They stayed through the video I was having issues due to my ineptitude Like I said I am a clutz All thumbs They gave me excellent guidance and support and I was able to finish my first Christmas video for my grandson I love the potential of this program and the one on one assistance provided They truly made this day a Merry Christmas for me

Invideo is a great platform for making videos and the customer support is SUPERB which is not always the case Customer support is often frustrating They answered all of my inquiries right away and provided excellent support I really hope it stays this way as the company grows

Recommended 100 Needed video advertisement I checked on Fiverr and what I needed cost from 300 to 650 USD As what i needed wasn t so complicated I decided to try to find Video editor to do it on my own Here comes Invideo Not only did I realize my competition was using it too bruh D I realized it is really easy to understand and to use program Great options in the program in case of effects sounds and stock pics For an amateur as I am it guided me pretty well and fast to create a professional-looking video for my products in basically no time their support is also really helpful I needed help with billing and they show a professional attitude with quick resolutions I recommend 24 7 365

Awesome Product Great Support

InVideo support was an unexpected pleasant surprise Not because they did anything previously to make me expect that but because I have been conditioned from other companies to expect it I had a problem that was my fault and they could have ignored it or told me there was nothing they could do Instead they did the right thing and fixed it for me only a couple of hours after sending the email Not only is the product great but to so is the support Seemingly rare to find a company like that anymore and I will continue to use them for my video making projects in the future
