False advertising Unlimited Members only means that we could work on the same project one after another Completely useless for business purposes or to work on a project as a team Using any Free Editing Software with a Dropbox Folder gives the same results without running costs

There are lot of bugs in inVideo It lacks to provide some simple video features which are missing Though the support team is accommodative and provided good technical support and assistance but the tool itself lacks lot of simple features I was totally stuck with something annoying issues and had to work additional 10 hours for a simple video feature I really hated this and it was so frustrating experience working on inVideo

The platform is riddled with bugs In 2 years not a single bug has been fixed Every time a bug is reported they say It will be passed to tech Then nothing Their servers cannot cope with the demand and they grind to a halt Text animations haven t worked properly for over 3 weeks since the last upgrade This used to be a good product it is now terrible and the support for it is awful

I bought a monthly subscription plan because the free trial looked prety cool After a week of using I noticed that rendering takes a lot of time even for videos that aren t any longer than 3 minutes Also the automated text to speech function is just awful It works well for small videos of around 1 minute but anything above that just keeps lagging The duration of the scenes keeps changing even I have set it to a specific amount of time it just keeps rearranging itself so the text to speech blocks aren t correct anymore Overall I am not impressed at all as I was looking for a solution to create longer videos and to do it from scratch I cancelled my subscription today and I m not pleased with the fact that they don t even give you a refund So now I m stuck with a subscription for the next three weeks that I m not going to be using Waste of time and money There are better solutions out there

Here is my review after nearly one year of using the premium package The interface is simple and fairly intuitive The exports are of good quality even though there are occasional bugs Overall I am satisfied yet I am unlikely to renew my subscription Why Because the Invideo team is aware of the weaknesses in their platform but chooses not to address them despite my requests For example you spend time selecting masks and illustrations photo or video that work perfectly for you But when you duplicate your video in a different format everything has to be redone because the masks are no longer correctly proportioned and you have to search for your elements again since they don t allow you to save them as favorites They will explain that the issue is real and that they plan to fix it But nothing is done Also aside from entry and exit animations it s almost impossible to bring elements to life during your editing In short it s a shame they don t listen to users they prefer to invest in AI but will ultimately face the same problems I am considering switching to the new Adobe Express which has just integrated video editing

Invideo is easy to use However they keep having upgrades without proper testing I have lost a few videos i had put hours into as they got corrupted for no reason It is a very frustrating app that often requires users to do their work more than once The customer service is good and they try to help but it doesnt make up for their lack of testing before releasing an upgrade

Great experience great concept but is PAINFULLY Lagging Absolutely drives every video creator crazy This should be fixed And I am not going to renew my subscription next year I will search for a better option without lagging These AI software as meant to save time and make editor s life easier not to drive you crazy I can open pexels pixabay etc and download all these videos myself and edit them much faster in my video editor for free no need to pay an annual subscription for this Deffo not my cuppa tea

I bought a free plan and afterwards they started charging me Recently I had turned off the online transaction and as soon as I turned it on they took my money right away If one the payment is cancelled why do they keep trying to get the money I want to cancel it and there is no such policy I am disputing the charge with my bank If they do t return my money back
