The support they have I was helped by Ethan don t know his last name but it was an example of what customer service should be everywhere Invideo itself is really great and it s easy to see that they re working hard to get more features rolling I highly recommend it

I chanced upon this website while creating my first video for a societal cause It took me only few minutes to understand the interface as it was quite user-friendly I am an engineer so it was interesting to use and easy to understand The support executive provided me some amazing offers to use the platform as a first-time user I hope I will have a pleasant experience using InVideo Will update further after a month of use

Company is doing great Always releasing something new feature templates pls keep it coming Also support has always been effecient Very knowledgeable and fast especially the one they call TANK you the best

Kenny the staff who served me was

Kenny the staff who served me was really patient So i have a refund problem and he stuck with my throughout It was actually my fault and i reacted badly against them but Kenny was patient The reason for the refund is because i have no use case for it now after the free trial period and i cannot be spending my money if i am not using the software However i would definitely engage their service again if i manage to find clients in the future

I had some questions on signing up Mac took great care of me answering all of my questions ensuring I was comfortable with moving forward and providing templates for my industry Now listen maybe this will be great maybe it won t but as a small business owner I d hire Mac to represent my business in a heartbeat

Very happy beginner

I am a teacher and am a beginner in video creating and editing I checked out a few sites and this one was easy to use and flexible for my needs The customer service chat function was awesome and I loved being able to ask questions about upgrading my account and how to use certain features Being able to see who the Creative Support Associate was during each time of use was neat too I spoke with Mac on multiple occasions and each time he was not only helpful but very personable and responsive He was definitely one of the deciding factors of opting to upgrade my account I m looking forward to all this site has to offer and what s to come
