I got an email in May 2022 saying InVideo had taken over Kizoa a video system I absolutely loved even though it was old fashioned - because it was dependable and easy to use I had purchased a lifetime membership to Kizoa - so InVideo wrote that I could transfer to InVideo Nope Nothing I have been trying since May 18 to get a response from InVideo support and there has been absolutely no response Stay away from this organization if you expect support

I m writing this review to share our deeply frustrating experience with InVideo While the platform itself may seem promising the disappointments we faced due to their team s lackluster support have left us utterly dissatisfied Major challenges faced by us 1 The quota of downloads never refreshes for us and when it s more than a month we face difficulty in downloads 2 When reached to them every time ask for purchase records being a tech company we expect them to have all the records intact3 At first they try to stall you that oh you might have consumed the refreshed data but when you show them the count they finally refresh it 4 It s a pain point for us every month

invideo now charges you to download your video on the free plan This is deceptive and the info on you not being able to access your own work is not easily visible I would not mind paying if I found it worth my while as I have done with other apps but it s the false advertising and trickery that s ridiculous

they say 7 day money back guarantee however they don t want to refund your money when you realize it s a horrible site that does nothing right I didn t even use for 24 hours nor did i ever produce one video and still they wont refund like they advertise trust me anything else will be worth more than this scam site just taking peoples money

Don t pay if you re going to use it

I paid for this service and it has deleted my work dozens of times It took me two hours to make a video that should ve taken 10 minutes because it kept deleting my clips saying reconnecting instead of saving my work and then just deleting it all so I had to start again over and over Tried this on two different laptops and it did the same thing I won t rest until I get a full refund

InVideo AI totally sucks I have bought the premium version for a year please don t make the same mistake as I did The software totally sucks it has so many bugs that make it absolutely impossible to work In addition their support is absolutely helpless and will waste even more of your time The idea is good it just works like hell and wastes even more time than you editing a video by yourself without this BS AI software STAY AWAY

I ve been a customer for years creating content for clients I just logged into my account and all the footage is gone and no direct way to contact support No warning email nothing The site is redone and my account has been deleted I can t think of a worse outcome

DIRRRRRTY company tactics I went to cancel my plan but the cancellation button doesn t work Tried on multiple browsers 2 different computers and my phone How do you think you can get away with this No one should trust this company and I can see from the other 1-stars that I m not alone Use ANY OTHER VIDEO SERVICE - avoid this at all costs you ll be trapped
