"Beginning of membership was great now if I receive my box I m happy"

When I first started my membership I was charged on the 1st of each month and had my box by the 15th The last 3 months I ve been charged on the 1st and not received my box or received it at the 1st of following month Also when you try to contact customer support it s difficult to get any help or have a resolution Frustrated over the lack of getting help or being able to speak to a person Months go by without getting a box but charged

I would love to be able to actually either talk to someone or chat with someone You can only chat with a bot that offers suggestions I am fairly unhappy with Boxy Charm Customer service is not great and shipping times are never consistent The last time I emailed someone about it and I got a response with excuses about shipping delays but Boxy Charm is the only subscription service I have problems with

"Last box I received had a broken "

Last box I received had a broken product This has happened more than once It s frustrating because looking in to complain or ask for a replacement is a lot of work Almost like they don t want you to complain when getting a faulty product Very much thinking about canceling the subscription

"Slowly starting to dislike"

I have been a subscriber for years now I was in LOVE in the beginning I am getting repeats way to often in premium boxes and boxes with zero makeup items like wth boxycharm Getting a credit that expires is pointless to me and I m not getting items I chose that were locked in is beyond disappointing If this next luxe and premium don t wow me I m canceling

"Satisfactory experience"

I have been getting this subscription for several months now I am satisfied for the most part It did take an exceptional amount of time to receive my first box and I even got my second box before the first was ever even mailed Also I have received a couple duplicate items already Those are really my only complaints and I am otherwise satisfied Thank you

Full sized items are nice but I really don t feel like my personalization quiz is taken into account like at all Less recognizable brands over time as well

I recently moved and just started getting my boxes again in NovI moved in August I received two boxes in Nov But nothing Aug Sept OctI m pretty disappointed I wrote an email and tried several other ways to communicate It would be be great to get my other three boxes Yes I was charged for them

"Getting a lot of repeat items slowest shipping in the world "

Getting a lot of repeat items Same old stuff not very many top shelf brands anymore It used to be better Shipping is the slowest possible as I pay on the 4th of the month but never receive my order before the 28th Kinda kills the hype when you re already over it before it arrives

"Great Products bad Shipping"

I enjoy the products very much I also enjoy the ability to purchase options as well My biggest complaint is shipping If I order something it takes 10-14 days just to be shipped and then another 5 days for shipping If I need something right away I purchase it elsewhere

"Not what I hoped for "

Received a Fall Luxy box and one of the items was damaged I received support immediately however the resolution was less than helpful To start my box received was nothing at all similar to the products advertised as possibly receiving in my box at least send something comparable or close to the items you are using to entice your valued subscribers to upgrade Next the box had no theme and looked like random products thrown together One of the lipsticks came smashed in the tube and I was given charms to use use in the charm shop Upon inspection the charm shop had no similar products to replace the item that came damaged and the value I was given wasn t even enough to redeem for anything in the charm shop I would have preferred less credit to use in the regular boxy shop versus having charms just sitting in my account and waiting to use them That doesn t fully resolve the issue I am hopeful these comments are helpful I love Boxycharm value products but if I m paying double for a Luxy box vs base box I expect the items to be of higher quality when I am only receiving 3 more than the base box
