At first I wrote a bad review bc an eyeshadow I bought from Ipsy arrived broken and it took a few days to get a response from them They did go above and beyond to make it right They replaced the broken eyeshadow and gave me some free points to redeem free gift I know now Ipsy is a great company with good customer service I love the variety of items that I get too

I love the quick response and that Boxy always keeps me up to date about account changes I also love getting so many full sized products many worth more than one months subscription Everything always comes sealed with a description anc retail value I also love that I have been a subscriber for 3 years now and have never received the same product twice and almost every month receive a brand new full-sized eye palette

"The Boxycharm and my opinion-to-use a "

The Boxycharm site is easy-to-use and as a customer it s truly appreciated I enjoy every product I get unfortunately there s times that money s to tight so I have to skip a few months I enjoy that I might have the opportunity at a later date to purchase boxes I ve missed out on Now the only complaint I have is since the years I ve been a customer I ve not received 2 of my boxes and I sent an email but never heard back I m working so much that I couldn t remember to keep on it so never did get them Otherwise I have been a very happy customer

I really love having the ability to try new products and not have to worry about running out I had tried other companies and I would only get the sample-sized products that were one-and-done Thank you for the amazing experience I hope Boxy Charm continues with the great service and continues to open my world to new products

I absolutely love boxycharm I ve been getting it for years and you ve never disappointed me I love all the products I receive and always look forward every month to see what I ll be getting My 16 year old daughter is hooked too and always steals my stuff lol

Love my boxycharm It s like a monthly present to myself every month Definitely almost always more value of products then the box cost Only downfall is I wish it was in the system what someone has got recently at least so there isn t so many duplicates being sent and that way we re able to try other new products Other than that no real complaints I have definitely got products I wanted to try but couldn t bring myself to spend the amount of money on My new everyday necessities have been introduced from boxycharm My make up collection has grown tremendously I haven t had to purchase any skin care or make up products individually in at least 2 years You just CANT go wrong with Boxycharm Definitely a 10 10
