Something palpable has changed boxy feels exactly like Ipsy now The support isn t as good products take months to ship even tho they charge your acct I ve gotten doubles for weeks in a row the choices are as much of a choice as it appears I just feel like they re trying to get scam me sometimes

Products have just been okay Haven t gotten any products that I was super exciting about or a lot that I would use I recently received an email stating that my upcoming order will contain a product I ve previously received I just don t get as excited about receiving my boxes like I did in the beginning when I started my subscription

"Is it worth the price anymore "

Getting tons of repeat products Also customer service is horrible I had an issue with not being able to select any premium or lux choices because none were available Customer service did nothing and did not refund money or offer credit I have already canceled one of the boxes I received because of this I m considering canceling all together at this point

Ive received several repeats per box for the last 3 month Every month I would receive an email that says either one or 3 of my products are a repeat I also receive repeats from boxycharm in my ipsy glam bag plus I ve been considering stopping my boxycharm subscriptions if I keep getting repeats I feel because I can t pay my subscription fee until the 2nd of each month that I don t get my choices for the month I m disabled and can not pay my fees til the 2nd or 3rd of the month

I didn t like that I had to provide batch numbers before I was credited I am a VERY loyal customer and have never in 2 years complained once I got a measly 6 to compensate me which quite frankly is a joke as you now charge a service fee so it was wiped out by that and shipping Your customer service response was annoying until such time ad the credit was processed

Placed my first order 8 days ago since it was shipped DHL I anticipated delivery by now Not yet However still getting a lot of emails for buying more I ll review the products after they arrive Improving the shipping method will weigh in on if I continue the monthly treat

I don t know who they hired to put the variations together but you might need to clean house as the last few boxes have been complete garbage I just received my February box and it had 3 count that 3 eyeshadow palettes No one wants that in a box of 5 items Especially when the pallets are bad quality Athr Beauty and boring beauty bakerie Could y all not come up with anything interesting or creative for valentines day cause I think that one is pretty easy I reached out to get a refund for sending this back because it surely was NOT worth 25 bucks No one wants this stuff stop giving me your bottom-of-the-barrel goods I m over this subscription I hope your big news is that you are under new management because this month is unacceptable

Loved Boxy Charm for a long time UNTIL they stared taking my money outta my account and not receiving my box until over a month later I was charged on December 1st 2022 for my box and never received it until January 7th reached out to them and only ever got a bot to talk to them if that wasn t annoying enough they sent me the same box as the year b4 literally the SAME box

I keep getting the same stuff They raised the shipping charge when it takes three weeks or more to get my boxes I m giving it one last time if I get the same things I m cancelling my subscription I m really over it and I spend the money for all three boxes and so far all of my boxes since august have been disappointing to say the least

"Disappointed and a little salty"

I have been with Ipsy for a couple years I really enjoyed the experience and products UNTIL they changed direction with their product lines Then came the refreshments line Sadly in the last 8 months there has been a decline in the product choices picked items They obvious hadn t been using my profile to pick the right foundations powders and pallets for my skin tone and hair color Super disappointed with what is happening while paying more Shipping takes 3 wks most months Products low value and choices aren t much of a choice Last month most choices were lipstick lip balm or eye pallets The picked for me not by me eye pallet was for a much younger woman as the colors were all wrong for a grey haired blue eye d woman in her 50 s I really don t think they read my profile Checked out the spoilers for May and decided to skip a month to see what the offering are next month before canceling my membership Yay didn t want to waste the money or more products I will never use because they are wrong for me
