"My Order Was Never Sent"

I placed an order on 10 30 23 for 3 of the Fresh Holiday Capsule Total of 132 66 I received a tracking number for my order on 11 14 23 When I realized there was no movement so I contacted them on 11 16 23 I was told that tracking wouldn t update until the USPS was in possession I waited and then contacted them again once the estimated delivery date passed I was told to wait and told my order was on the way From that point I couldn t actually get anyone at IPSY to look at that tracking number and realize the order was NEVER shipped out until 11 28 23 I was told they were out of stock and refunded me This apparently happens all of the time from customers online This order was the reason I subscribed again to IPSY I had placed several more orders after that and received damaged products due to poor packaging while shipping I m sad they bought out Boxycharm because when I placed an order with them I got what I paid for with no hassle and if there was a problem they bent over backward to help With IPSY I got a generic response They should really focus on customer service

"Lies all lies"

No way to personalize the box like they said we could We were told the 1st to the 3rd was our dates They don t care about your personal profile They are trying to send old lady stuff to a 14 year old They already billed me for this box even though it hasn t been made yet Customer service is a bot it s not a good bot it s ignorant about simple questions and throws out links that don t apply Lookin for something better

"Total Mess with customer service"

This website has become even more of a nightmare since they partnered with boxy charm First of all they ask you five several times if you re sure you want to cancel Yes I m sure Then send you a confirmation email It s impossible to find And to top it off when you use Afterpay and need to return some thing you can t because the email address Afterpay has on file is an old boxycharm email that is now unmonitored so if you pay your bill through an app like Shop or Afterpay especially when you need to return something how are you supposed to talk to anyone

"Boring products impossible to cancel"

The survey does nothing except match you to your skin tone No matter how crazy I tell them I want my products colors to be I get the same boring nude shades I also get the same brands every single time Every time I try to cancel a subscription they make it incredibly difficult The UI is designed to trick you and make you star over and get frustrated and give up Then they never send you the confirmation email It s exhausting Finally they try and charge you over the weekend to make you miss the grace period hoping you won t notice

My order was placed on the 17th and it was received in New Jersey on the 25th and it arrived and it never got turned over to the US PS from Pitney Bowes so here it is December 6 and I still don t have my package and they told me to wait 10 more days so I m going up going to have to wait a month before I get my package or even if I get it instead of offering me a replacement or a refund very disappointing and frustrating with boxycharm reason why I haven t placed any more orders

I am Extremely disappointed with my box It is my first subscription and I am already thinking to cancel for sure My Boxycharm came in very bad condition and refreshments I was supposed to receiver were missing The quality of the products is veryyy low and don t meet my expectations Overall I Am going to unsubscribe and find another better service

"Good luck getting any kind of help"

Good luck getting any kind of help Opened up many tickets via their self proclaimed best in class support process My package has been out for delivery since November I am canceling and recommending people steer clear of this scam They have no problem taking your money but zero commitment to resolving any issues

for number one you join without realizing it The products are like samples and in two months these 13 subscriptions have been charged on my credit card 47 61 24 45 and 72 38 Wow I feel I have been scamed and nowhere can you get an explanation of payment and products or talk to customer service

They re a bunch of liars I canceled my subscription after purchasing 2 add ons that were never sent out messaged them only for them to lie and say they were shipped out Received something totally different and of cheaper value then they tell you they were out of stock
