"False advertising impossible to reach CS"

Signed up for spiderweb bag plastered on social media sponsored ads It was shown on my account preview as the one I was getting Received vampire lips bag that I do not like AT all Completely false advertising I was shocked I actually got the sample products inside that were also in the preview They are cruelty-free so it would have been 1 star if I was sent non-CF samples that weren t on my preview The chat bot on the website is useless I blocked paypal from doing any further payments with them once I saw reviews of them fraudulently charging people like knotty knickers did to me years ago months after I canceled Paypal s registered addresses for ipsy are support at ipsy com and accounting1 at ipsy com just fyi since they re nowhere on the website itself

Ever since they sold the company to Ipsy I ve been getting a lot of repeat items Not only have they increased the prices but the quality of the box has not gotten any better I have the regular boxy and luxe and I ve only been happy with my choice item It seems like all of the good items are reserved for their premium customers I know I m not the only one with this complaint you can simply check out the comments on their IG post I really hope they get it together and improve the boxes for their customers Also boxycharms customer service needs improvement as I had a representative fight me on a repeat item and basically told me I didn t know what I was talking about so I had to let her know that a different shade doesn t make it a completely new product

I order the free trial for the refreshers for subscribing back in the 14th which includes the whippers and a hand cream but I haven t received a tracking number or anything that was quite long time ago at this point I don t now if I will ever received this order

After a year of subscription I tried to temporarily unsubscibe and as many other people I couldn t do that so they kept charging me I finally could cancel my subscription only with their support but because of that I will never be their customer again Although the products were nice

It s almost thr middle of the month and my box hasn t shipped I m paying for full size products and received a bunch labeled as sample sizes This seems to be frequent And getting them to answer customer service questions impossible

"Poor Customer Service"

My November premium box was composed of 6 items 3 of which were repeats for me I was notified in advance that one would be a repeat and offered a 6 credit in the mega drop shop I declined the credit as there was absolutely nothing I wanted to purchase Using the credit would require paying for shipping or buying 25 worth of stuff to get free shipping A credit is really not a credit I was then offered a 25 credit I declined again as there is nothing I wanted to purchase in the shop Eventually the purchase price of the box was refunded The policy on duplicate items has changed from no duplicates period to one a year For multi year subscribers that doesn t work An item isn t considered a duplicate if it is a different brand of a specialized item either for example facial massagers The item can look the same function the same be identical in every way but brand but it won t count

I am missing my November box It shows that it was delivered but I have not gotten any box for November I also changed my membership to a different one and I was charged for both boxes for November so hypothetically I am missing two boxes

Since buying boxy charm the company has raised price of the subscription in addition to charging for shipping Items are not as name brand as boxy charm had before Drop shop and shop deals are almost double so about 30-40 more than boxy charm would charge for the same item

"Care about your customers a little more "

Not having a team that can answer phone calls and take care of your customers immediately is the first big problem I have with boxycharm Shipments are inconsistent and I never know if I m actually going to get my package or not You don t listen to the quizzes I tell you I want neutral colors you give me bright colors I put that I don t want eyelashes you send eyelashes You guys have a lot of work to do and I hope you take this feedback and then it into improvement

"NO THANK YOU ILL PAY FULL PRICE "

I ve been a satisfied BoxyCharm fan since 2017 and now they linked or whatever the case is with IPSY ugh by far the worst ever I cancelled IPSY to go with BOXYCHARM and OMG the best decision ever but now I have decided to cancel over all I would rather go to ULTA or SEPHORA and shop and pay my makeups worth DO NOT get a membership and if you do and you re loving it it s probably cause you re in the learning stage NO JUDGEMENT that s when I was with Ipsy
