James was a pleasure to deal with why only four stars is because very low fuel gauge on hand over my exchanged vehicle was half a tank full on hand over also on getting the car home I found some very bad wear on the driver s seat lower back caused by previous owner s waist belt my local BMW dealership have given me a repair price of 200 which I shall get repaired as it stands out now I ve seen it Otherwise I m very satisfied with my 740d

A4 Audi Avant

I recently purchased an A4 Audi Avant over the phone without seeing it I dealt with a couple of different salesmen who were extremely helpful with photos and videos The car was described as immaculate which to their credit it was I organised a lorry to collect the vehicle from their premises at my own expense and deliver it to N Ireland I was slightly disappointed that the car arrived with the diesel light on and little to no AdBlue I had expected when I didn t avail of the free 200 mile delivery that there would have been fuel in the tank The car also needed front and back wiper blades Overall I was happy with the vehicle and the communication

Pleasant experience with Jack

Purchased a Range Rover from this garage at first we didn t have the best customer service from a certain sales man but jack soon changed it around apologised and dealt with us in the right way which we are very grateful for

I recently bought my beautiful new car

I recently bought my beautiful new car from this dealership and I have to say I can t fault the service Simon went above and beyond to facilitate a smooth and stress free purchase whilst at the same time being extremely patient - there were several hiccups my end I drove away a very happy customer - he assured me their after sales service including the extended warranty issues is easy to use just a phone call away I have not had a body chip or a damaged alloy tyre as yet but I have no doubt I will be dealt with in the same professional and courteous manner Thank you Simon I would recommend you the group in a heartbeat 5 Stars
