Overall a good experience but when I got the car the fuel light was on and the tank was almost empty Only a small thing but few pounds in the tank would have made it five star James was very helpful

Top of the range car show room selling top of the range cars Bought a Lexus luxury RX450H 2016 with only 40000 miles and part exchanged our 1999 Lexus LS400 Took an hour and fifty minute journey and arrived at this stunning showroom set in lovely grounds in the countryside Simon on the sales team welcomed us and let us have time to look at the car on our own After taking it for a test drive and Simon showing us the gadgets tech etc and it being in excellent condition as it looked in the photos we were excited to go ahead with the purchase Simon made us a coffee and went through all the options they offered with the car and made sure we understood the terms and conditions We paid the initial deposit and the admin fee which included the delivery charge of the car Simon did state at the beginning he was waiting for the alloys to be refurbished as there were a few scuffs on them which to us looked minor but we were happy to wait for the car to be delivered to us once this had been done and we didn t have to make that long journey back to them again The following day Simon contacted us to let us know the date and time the car would be delivered to us and collection of our old car as long as they had received full payment by then Our new car was delivered as expected and all the paperwork for signature was explained to us as well as what happens next with the transfer of the vehicles All in all we are very happy with our purchase and thank you Simon for everything

I didn t see the car before taking delivery but the condition was exactly as described by Peter There was an issue with the actual spec being different to the description but this was resolved to my satisfaction Overall this was a positive buying experience and I would highly recommend Peter and Jack Henry

Very responsive throughout the selling process and after purchase Had a minor issue after purchase and they allowed me to book in with my local garage to get it sorted and paid the bill All else good with the car so far and am really happy with it Thanks

So my last review of JHG was pretty harsh and I m not proud of it That being said since the review I received a personal call from JHG to discuss the content and the basis of my frustrations Keeping it short faith has been completely restored I admire the fact they picked up the phone and resolved the matter As I said their inventory is fantastic and having polished out the issues I m now fully satisfied and would have no issues with recommending potential buyers to seek them out Well done JHG for seeking clarification addressing the points concerned some of which were elements of Force Majeure outside of your direct control and agreeing mutually acceptable resolution That s proper business and customer care - which JHG demonstrate they care about Finally despite the misunderstandings the vehicle purchased is flawless an eye catcher and worth it
