Great Experience throughout

I took delivery yesterday of my Range Rover and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish Simon spent time on the phone with me going through different options and cars He was so helpful and at no point was there any pressure he just ran through everything thoroughly and patiently with me Rob delivered the car yesterday and he was a delight as well My car I am thrilled with and the whole experience has been smooth and enjoyable Thoroughly would recommend the Jack Henry Group

Easy buying with Jack Henry

The buying experience with Jack Henry was a very easy and pleasant one Simon was extremely welcoming and accommodating We were given freedom and time to wander around a couple of cars and test drive which were both nice and clean for viewing Then when back in the office there was no pressure or rush Easy purchase When the car was delivered a few days later with noted issues sorted the delivery guy was an absolute gentleman Even had cleaning kit just in case Many thanks Cheers Carl

Commendable service all round

Commendable service all round Our comms about car search started with a casual call which was answered by Jack He explained the process on filtering out cars from their portal before paying a visit to their showroom On our visit to the showroom we were received by Simon Simon answered all our questions he was thorough professional in his approach and made us aware about all possible options of purchase and warranty We must admit it was a smooth buy easier than any other purchase as we finished the whole process within half an hour Simon took cognigence of our requests and car was delivered in perfect condition within a week Couldn t have been happier with my experience and ultimately my purchase
