I have been trying to renew my membership for over a year The website does not put anything through Today I trird again this time I received an email saying that my internet security has blocked the site due to it being a scam I signed up with another ecard site sent a card it seem that does noy work Oh woe is me

"Don t expect a customer service"

Used them for years to send e-Cards Came to renew subscription and have problem with their system which gets stuck on please wait to clear transaction Having tried a number of times gave up and wrote to their customer services help again and again and again and again etc No response It was in the past a great little company until it sold out Lack of ability to communicate has made me look elsewhere What a shame

"Doesn t work no customer support Tragic "

For years I have bought JL advent calendars for children in our extended family The last couple of years the software has been very buggy and taken ages to download This year we have not been able to access our version at all and my sister s calendar stopped working after three days I have had no response from the web site despite many emails i have had some attempts at IT support from a FB messenger service called Jacquie Lawson eCards but it claims not to be part of official JL customer support so I have no idea what it is doing giving IT advice - is that even legal It didn t work anyway Have nothing to do with this company

"Beware Jacquie Lawson"

Beware Jacquie Lawson com - years after I have used their cards they take 24 pounds off my cc today for renewal The initial cards were lovely warm and reasonably priced at 5 pounds membership but now I can t get out of the system It appears as if what was once a genuine talented small company has been turned into a greedy money-making venture My email address had changed years ago but I hadnt used them for years - it is like robbery How can I get my money back - this must be happening to lots of people

I wouldn t even give one star but you didn t give me that choice this firm is a joke I ve been trying to cancel my membership and get a refund it s impossible do it online I ve sent so many emails to no avail probably not read properly anyway they haven t got a phone number I wonder why I paid for a calendar that was impossible to open I personally think it s so so rude I most certainly will never recommend to anyone

"Bloody ridiculous"

Bloody ridiculous I d been a member of Jacqueline Lawson a few years ago and it was wonderful-five stars So I joined again as I have cards I want to send NOW So I joined subscribed and paid for a years membership which was accepted So can I send a card No I keep being told that I have to subscribe I HAVE Sadly a rubbish company now with no customer service to help you Disgusting company now and that saddens me to write that Would not recommend

"So disappointing installing app too faulty and complicated"

So disappointing The new calendar is boring with far less interactivity Each time I open it there is some update loading and in 2 out of 3 cases the calendar then crashes and can only be opened again after re-installing from scratch There was one year when the whole calendar could be opened in a browser without downloading any apps Unfortunately now it is took me at least 15min to install My parents were unable to install Please use another technology make it easier to access The pictures and short movies by Jacquie Laswon are made with so much love They deserve a better and more stable platform to run on

"20 Days in - and still not accessed "

Now the 20th December and still can t get started on this year s Advent Calendar as last year - and I m not alone Yet their Christnas cards come with 1 press easy access Can t enjoy it so would be 0 stars if an option I ve wasted hours and am much angered Dave Ainsworth

"Yuk "

Unfortunately I ve been on the receiving end of Tacky Lawson cards every December for the past few years The couple who send me them are really nice people but I have to dispute their taste The cards are quite a laugh and it s just as well I have the sound switched off Why DO they waste money on this sort of tat
