"Hopeless"

Once again a great little company got greedy sold out and now it s crap Poor communication not interested in solving issues blame everyone else I ve got an active membership but everytime I try to send a card via the app it says I need to pay I have paid Google confirm my membership doesn t expire until 8 8 24 I ve emailed JL about this sent screenshot to prove my membership is active but they are saying it s Google problem NO It s your company your problem Can send cards only via the website by copying and pasting the link So I ve paid for an app that doesn t work and JL are washing their hands of it I wont be renewing next year and shall go back to old fashioned card with a stamp on

just received an email from Microcourt re not renewing membership of Jacquie Lawson They invite me to tell them the reasons why as they are genuinely interested so they can improve service for others Unfortunately the links for such communication aren t working so I wonder just how interested they really are I was going to refer them to comments on trip advisor

This company is hopeless I do NOT want to receive cards from them I ve tried to alert my well-meaning friends to this but always someone forgets and sends me one I ve added my email address to their blocked list last year But that doesn t work I m still receiving cards Disgraceful Anyone found out how to stop these incompetents

" 50 gift card Lost"

Very annoyed because I sent a card and a 50 gift card but they left a letter out of the address and the recipient never got it Can t find anyway to reach customer service to fix this or get my money back

Boring boring boringSo nearly didn t buy this year s calendar after a couple of disappointing years How I regret giving the company one last go Nothing new just variations on tired old themes Remember the good old days of the Edinburgh calendar or the Cornish fishing village No last chance next year I m out

I have so many problems with this website I don t mind paying but going round and round in circles to change passwords etc and then finding Iget meaningless messages is beyond annoying Used to be OK but now a waste of money

"I wish I could not even give one star"

I wish I could not even give one star This company has stolen from me and the small special needs school where I work Yes the amount is only 7 but to us it is quite a bit Also if they are not giving money back to other customers well then wow they are making a profit The advent calendar that the children were looking forward to does not work I have emailed so many times asking for our money back still no reply BAR HUMBUG TO THE COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS

"Is it no longer the Jaquie Lawson we know and love "

Following on from my previous reviews I cancelled my subs successfully and received a confirmation this morning Delved a little further and wonder if Jacquie Lawson may now regret selling her name to those who now own this business No wonder it s going down the Swannee with us Jacquie fans It s now owned by Microcourt Ltd in UK which is a subsidiary of AG Interactive Inc which is a subsidiary of the American Greetings Corporation Nuff said

"Very disappointed with the advent "

Very disappointed with the advent calendar I bought it for 10 friends and several have experienced problems using it especially with the music One person has lots of problems with it despite using it on different devices I emailed the company to complain and got an automated reply and then was ignored Doesn t seem as much to do on it this year either I certainly won t be buying 10 next year

"A disaster just before Christmas"

Why can t I send a message to JL about my problem My card freezes as soon as I click on it I am trying to fix the problem but I am wasting a lot of valuable time I am a member but now I wonder if it s worth it PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM the problem is not my computer Thank you Maria Carrillo
