Bought a re conditioned stairlift for my mother in law from Jay-care at a cost of 1000 about 2 years ago they told us that they would buy it back from us when it was no longer needed but when asked to come and buy back the stairlift they told us they could take it away for us but they couldn t buy it back as it was now obsolete Please get their promises in writing before agreeing to anything

Very efficient
Outstanding out-of-hours support when my Dad s stairlift failed - not even supplied by them but having left a message had a quick call back on a Saturday Immensely helpful Paul talked me through some steps to fault-find and in 10 mins we were all up and running It makes such a difference to receive both a personal touch and someone who knows what they re doing and clearly is not trying to take you for a ride What s most important is to get your Dad s stairlift going What more can you say The existing support came out concluded it was irreparable obsolete so no parts available rubbish and offered to qute for a new stairlift

I used jay-care Burnley
We had a fault which occurred overnight Jaycare was at our door first thing Reviewed the situation replaced the unit under warranty and the guy was excellent thanks again excellent service

Great Family Owned Company
Had great dealings with this company dealing with not only my 98 year old Grandma but also my parents too Nothing has ever been too much trouble my Gran managing to switch off the stairlift half way down and thought she was stuck and they came out and sorted her with no charge That is what business is all about not just the initial sell Highly recommended We will return for any products we need for our family and suggest you do the same you won t be disappointed
