We bought a brand new 2023 Jayco
We bought a brand new 2023 Jayco Seismic last year and the problems started immediately We have had multiple leaks in under bay kitchen sink toilet and bedroom roof AC needed replaced and then that new AC broke down days later The back ramp door wouldn t close open well turns out the actual frame was out of square so the frame was fixed and that ramp door replaced The side patio door was replaced related to bowing in the middle the fridge was replaced couch replaced one of the man doors replaced The roof and front cap replaced related to the bedroom leak There was mold and wood damage in the cargo bay as well as kitchen island because of leaks The kitchen island had to be replaced The initial major repairs were completed at Jayco s facility the dealership made it very clear they were NOT comfortable with repairing all the problems when the roof and cap were replaced caulking was put down but they didn t bother cleaning the RV before caulking so when you wash the RV you can see all the dirt mixed into the caulking There have been tons of electrical issues lights A C furnace water heater turning off and on at will even while driving down the road or the turn signal brake lights intermittently working there is just so much wrong and Jayco customer service is not very sympathetic at all There have been so many dangerous instances like the driving lights or all the AC s turning off during a 100 heat index when my dog was in the camper or the 2nd AC s electrical board malfunctioning and possibly causing a fire if we had kept using it or the water heater turning off mid drive when we don t keep water in the tanks while driving It took months before someone actually called us back You can read the full story at Nightmarerv com

SERVICE VERY BAD IN ADELAIDE HAVE TWO WAIT TILL NEXT YEAR GET MORE WORKERS IF ALWAYS SO BUSY BEEN LIKE THIS FOR LONG TIME DO NOT HELP YOU ONCE YOU HAVE PURCHASED YOUR VEHICLE DO NOT WANT TO KNOW YOU

Had to have a new roof made
Had to have a new roof made took 11 months rang jayco repeatedly and was told on all occasions that they we re waiting on parts had 3 girls from the jayco ring on 3 seperate occasions to advise roof was ready we then rang our repairer to advise that the roof was finished and to book it in our repaired then rang jayco to see when it would be on the coast but were advised that it hadn t been started this happened on 3 occasions finally arrived on the coast and repairer rang us for a book in date but told us there were marks on the new roof they rang jayco who told them to clean it This would have to be the worst service I have ever come across Will be putting caravan on the market as we will never purchase another Jayco again Will be interesting to see how our contractor goes replacing this new roof if not happy will be taking this further

Bought a 2023 Jayco 21mml Noticed when the slide is in there were openings on both sides of the slide Took it to a service center for repair and was told this was how the trailer was designed REALLY I was reluctant to purchase a Jayco but so liked the layout Now I have buyers remorse

Poor warranty service
Poor warranty service Simple radio dvd gps competely stumped them Would not replace unit with same or equal unit Told me to go without features or live with partially working unit in RV Small claim not handled can t see how they could handle a large claim

Absolutely horrible craftsmanship
We ve had our Northpoint for 2 years and since day 1 we ve had a air conditioner problem and nobody seems to know how to fix it I worked in the industry for years and Jayco never would of accepted this in the 90 s Stay as far away from Jayco as you can

I PAID 250 NOW YOU PAY 88 55 FOR THE CUSTUM DUTIES
I ALREADY PAID 250 just to hear I HAVE TO PAY OTHER 88 55 cause they sent my package in Qatar while I live in Italy and it got blocked in there You should tell your clients they re going to PAY DOUBLE the amount of money you required at first Also costumer service is SO BAD they are rude to you as soon as you ask to solve a PROBLEM THEY CREATED I WANT YOU TO PAY FOR THE CUSOM DUTIES OR ELSE I WANT MY MONEY BACK RN

2021 North Point should be called Jayco Junk list of issues Was in the dealership for three months Roof sub frame defectiveTwo windows leakedPower pig tail defective Stove oven defectiveShower liner fell off wallMirror in bath room fell into sink Transfer switch failed Still waiting for propane regsOrdered a fender sheet metal part a year ago no word on that Brakes been rebuilt twice Still not right Outside compartment doors never repaired never completed poor fit Axel spring clamp brokeDouble recliner hold down screws never installed Stove leveling screws never set Fridge door alarm trips when it feels like it Do not spend a dime with this company or Manteca trailer sales in CA

Very disappointed with Jayco Adelaide
Put our new 180 000 Motorhome in for first service and a few minor repair issues Jayco had MH for 3 weeks and when we went to pick it up after calling 3 days earlier to confirm repairs were completed and we could collect MH they asked to keep it for another week as they hadn t attended to some of the repairs including taking it for a test run to listen for some squeaks in cabin They had only repaired 3 minor issues in the 3 weeks they had it When we got it home and parked in different lighting we noticed our new fridge door had all swirl scratch marks in it as if it had been wiped over with a dirty cloth The fridge door had been removed during service to replace hinges They deny all responsibility for scratches saying they did not do it when we 100 know that the door wasn t scratched when we dropped it off to them We have always defended Jayco to others who had negative things to say about them as we had previously owned a JAYCO caravan for 11 years but not any more Very very disappointing

Repair jammed main entrance door service
Main entrance door jammed stuck shut We were unable to take trailer for service and was told we had to pay someone to come out to give quote Waited two weeks for approval Paid service man again to come and repair door Repair man now has to wait 2 months to get paid Several phone calls and emails happened to get this repair done three weeks worth Repair man stated he would never do any repairs for Jayco again
