Disappointing and not sure if I will return as a buyer again

Quality of the product is not good Extremely poor customer service They were unable to take my item back Emailed them so many times and they were unable to do anything This company is just a wastge of money They emailed me that you can send a item with your own shipping IT is costing me 55 for shipping

Very long waiting time for delivery quality is okay

Ordered Christmas gifts for four family members on November 24 2024 Just received notice that the delivery date would be extended from December 16th to December 27th 2024 10-20 days for delivery I don t think so Not reliable Good to knowWill shop locally for new gifts

I orderd December 9th via express and still did not get it They even didn t not respond to my message

I placed an order with Jekyll and Hide 3 weeks ago - a birthday present for a birthday that happened 2 weeks ago First I was told the foil letters I ordered couldn t be done - that wasn t too much of a problem A week ago I received someone else s gift which I returned promptly I ve been phoning customer services this morning to get an email which says they can t give me any information as they have a power cut

Quality Workmanship went Down Won t be ordering from them anymore

The Workmanship of the Wallet went Down On the inside they glued Two flaps over the stitching The Leather is Thinner No more double stitching around the Wallet My Daughter got me the one I have from Capetown years ago I would have payed more to get Better Quality

Whilst the actual leather phone bag is great one of the finishing circular clips with the included leather strap is defective when I received my bag Despite me sending an email with photos of the issues and talking to a live person on chat who just directed me back to writing an email the response from J H Customer Service on my email is non existent it s been two weeks now and still no response So disappointing and not what you expect from a premium leather brand Since I sent the email I have tested the phone bag and the additional acrylic chain strap I bought out and I m disappointed in the acrylic strap- it s just too heavy and clunky for such a lovely leather bag - a similar chain strap half the size would be better and if it is as well made as the current chunky chain strap it will match the bag perfectly But I guess that is personal preference Back to the circular clips and apart from one being totally useless on arrival another circle clip has since become very loose I love J H I have had several designs of their bags over the years but when something goes wrong and you complain or try to get hold of customer service they never respond to you or you get a nasty snarky email Whilst I did not let one bad apple ruin my love of J H leather goods it is extremely disappointing that I cannot ever get a response or replacement hardware for defective parts especially when I want to buy another in a different colour Come on J H you can do so much better than this

Nice wallet really like it Asked for a Mocha but got a two tone version of Mocha and Ran Would be 5 5 except for that
