I had an issue with my order when the parcel went missing but the owner of the company personally reached out to me to apologise and resolved the problem immediately A replacement wallet was sent out the very next day and arrived just in time for Christmas The wallet itself is of exceptional quality and my partner is absolutely thrilled with it The personal touch and incredible customer service truly set this company apart I highly recommend them and will definitely be a returning customer in the future Thank you again for going above and beyond

I bought a wallet for my husband for Christmas and it came in a box so easy to wrap Had it personalised for free My hubby loves the wallet its a lovely quality leather He likes how the card compartments have a little cutaway so its easier to get the cards out The mocha colour is rich and it looks expensive Very pleased with this product The service was very efficient too

My original 1 star rating for Jekyll Hide on December 11 2024 definitely deserves to be changed to 5 stars In fact if the rating could be deleted I would delete it A holiday delivery glitch was the issue Realizing that all items were Christmas gifts for family Jekyll Hide quickly took responsibility gave no excuses and resent an identical order I received the order in 3 days The purses and wallets are absolutely beautiful and are the nicest gifts that I have purchased this season In addition to selling high quality products Jekyll Hide made my day Thank you

Really great company selling high quality leather goods and quality service I ordered a leather wallet from them and its such an awesome product really good quality genuine leather and what was really cool as they added initials for free which never really happens with other companies really quick delivery too an all round fantastic company well worth looking into

The product I bought was of great quality and I was really pleased with it I gave it to my husband for Xmas unfortunately he is terribly fussy about his wallet and felt this one just wasn t quite right The company were excellent no quibble at all the return was really easy and money back in my account very quickly I would not hesitate to buy from this company again
