Jive Software Sales and Support are First Class
Jive sales and support have been among the best I have ever dealt with Our sales rep gave us a great demo and answered all our major questions easily We went from finding Jive on google to a customer in about an hour He also worked to make sure we got all the devices we needed The biggest problem I faced was understanding everything of how a PBX worked Coming from a landline having to configure everything ourselves was a change but the documentation and support staff really made this pain free Their support has nailed literally every question we ve ever had usually within 5 minutes Several times now they ve managed to answer what we expected to be complex support questions really quickly Their new interface has been great to use Some concepts - like the different between a phone number and a line - can be confusing if you ve never dealt with a PBX before but once you understand some basic concepts the interface makes setup of everything really really easily I don t put a lot of stock in easy drop and drop tool but Jive was an exception to that The drag and drop dial plan editor is quite amazing We ported a number set up a phone tree recorded numerous messages and configured a schedule all in a morning Once you read the docs on what each tool does it is exceptionally easy to use Jive also does a great job with documentation It s human readable I can share it with our staff directly but in depth enough to get the in depth and more technical answers we often need Spy Whisper and Barge have become a favorite tool of our sales manager and the recording of calls to AWS is a great auditing and memory tool

Awesome product
Awesome product awesome support Did not know of Jive Communications when we switched to VOIP service some 18 months ago but have experienced very high quality voice service and feature rich portal for do-it-yourself day-to-day management And a very professional and efficient support to implement changes improvements or clarify issues
