I ve had many great experiences shopping on jcrew com over the years I especially love the deals found on the J Crew Factory site Most items fit as described and are generally of great quality

In the past three years or so I have probably ordered from JCrew at least five or six times a month I live in a small town and it s hard for me to get a day out to shop their store which is about an hour away I adore their online store they have treated me like a queen for years Returns been punctual and I have never had a problem The few times I needed to call them they treated me like a VIP Although they re not having the fabulous sales this year like they did in years past there are still great deals to be had e g a beautiful swimsuit for 9 marked down from 100 and a beautiful rugby shirt for 8 99 mark down from 60 This is my go to store and the customer service folks absolutely rock
