Good plan lots of glitches

Lots of glitches I get notifications on my phone that I have lost my running streak when I haven t missed a run I am not totally sure how the assessments work I got assigned a level and have reached the requirements to move to the next and it gave me 2 more weeks of the same plan Right now it is showing me just the time of my runs last week no mileage or pacing I like the run plans and I would have never thought of doing hills like that on my own Feeling stronger I haven t seen a lot of results on the scale yet though 8 runs in down 8 pounds

Could be better

I d like to see Joggo on my Lock Screen and compensate for additional workouts if I do 2 in a day I d also like to see a 14 day schedule to build off of vice a 7 day

I really want to like this app but it has quite a few bugs including not saving any runs that I record with the Apple Watch Joggo app Very frustrating

Age differentiation

I wish you could take into account different ages and abilities when you put out the workouts A lot of the exercises seem to be based on abilities of much younger people

good easy to follow running program the app doesn t work on the lock screen which is annoying also they have you do a run test and i can t see how i did any tips etc so it feels custom at first but then i don t know that it is

I m an adult that eats like a kid Unfortunately the meal options for me are not great I was hoping since the App asked me things that I don t eat would make this better But still too many food items that I do not eat were in my suggested menu
