Good Vibes Only

I used to run and was typically pretty good Time has passed and I want to get back into running but I m not the runner I used to be It s easy to be hard on yourself but I love the positive vibe the app has It s all about progress doing what you are comfortable with It s good for getting back into running but also good mentally too

It is a straight forward simple plan to follow They have great add-ons so you can customize what you want need It s easy to follow and motivating Exercises are explained simply and the video instructions are great

Personalized and Doable Running Program

I am enjoying that Joggo has a distraction-free interface and it connects with my Apple watch in case I don t want to carry my phone while jogging or walking The program is very doable and personalized so I am working my way toward faster runs at a pace I can handle without feeling like it s too easy or too difficult

I literally just started using this today but I needed some external motivation and this seems to be doing the trick I love that it is taking me slowly through the process of getting back into shape and getting my health back
