Everything I need to sustain a running lifestyle
The runs are challenging but I find they are right at my level The verbal cues are amazing and it s helpful to have my phone vibrate to tell me cues as well I have already lost 2 pounds and it s only been 1 full week of runs The recipes are amazing I can t have eggs dairy or wheat and it is a challenge to know what to eat thanks to this app I have at least 30 new recipes And I am having energy to do these runs Typically I try running but since my diet change I don t have enough energy to sustain it and I give up But Joggo is making a running lifestyle possible

The health app that fits your life
I love how easy the app is to use and how much flexibility there is to make it work for your lifestyle Being able to choose my rest days helps me fit exercise into a busy schedule without adding stress It truly starts with where you are and then pushes you to get better I ve been using for a little over a week and have already dropped some weight and increased my pace After years of trying different health apps this is the one that s going to stick

I ve never been a runner and have always been intimidated by running long distances but I was able to run 3 miles after just a month of using Joggo I ve never felt more confident and proud of my body and my abilities

Runner who has taken a year off
I am a runner who has taken a year and a half off Getting started again was daunting Joggo has been a great partner in helping me get started again the right way Rather than biting off more than I can chew because those are the workouts I used to do Joggo reminds me to start slowly avoid injury and trust the process I m on my third week and really enjoying the workouts rather than feeling beat up and overwhelmed

Joggo makes getting fit easier
Joggo takes the thinking out of training It pairs nicely with my watch so I can leave my phone and glance at my watch to keep track of what I should be doing My favorite is the BPM feedback keeping a certain heart rate really makes a difference in training The meal planning also takes the work out of trying to get healthier It is easy to customize and makes a great grocery list

I m loving Joggo
I m loving Joggo I love the ease of the app and the fact that I don t have to think through my workouts I just follow the workout to a tee and I m seeing results What I really love is that when I connect it to my Apple Watch that it automatically logs my results and it tells me as I m running when I need to speed up or slow down Overall it s a great app
