Great product

Customer service and use of the app is great The exercises are kind of basic and don t do a lot of upper body but overall it is solid and great if you need guidance working out

Clear Encouraging Running Instructions with one Suggestion

Really clear app - lays out things simply and easily It s gamification of running is encouraging you earn badges My only critique would be that when they evaluate your two weeks of running it would be nice to have a little comment box explaining what you re working towards or why they made that level your level

I d like to be able to veiw forward a couple of workouts to plan a bit better If it linked to a HR monitor to judge effort would then give coach objective feedback

I have only used this app for 2 days so

I have only used this app for 2 days so far but it has been a good experience The first day I did the run assessment and the warm up and cool down stretches the second day I did a strength training I like that I can listen to my own music while I use the running program and that the running program still talks to me I do wish the stretches and strength training used verbal cues I had a questions and reached out to customer service using the chat service and they responded right away All-in-all I am excited to keep using this app

I m just getting back into running

I m just getting back into running after having my son so I really needed to take it slow and build up to where I was I love that this program will do just that and allow the flexibility to adjust your level based on how you re feeling Also having shorter workouts on alternate days really helps me stay motivated even when I m short on time

The app worked pretty well I could follow the plan easily and the variety of workouts was satisfactory The cancellation process was made difficult and it should be made an option on the app Thank you

Achievable running plans once correct level is selected

Once I was able to select the appropriate training level the plan was helpful in advancing my running abilities at a reasonable rate There were some days that I could not complete the tougher running exercises App noted that I did not complete I wish it was a little more encouraging for tough days Also free runs days were difficult to log because of some technical glitches However overall the plans presented are fantastic and that is exactly what I was looking for in an app

Newbie Loving it but needs a few tweeks

I just started but like it so far What I liked the 1st day was while jogging it told me to slow down I really needed that Been running 5k s unsuccessfully for 4 years I jog walk but always run to fast burn myself out It got me to slow down breathe run longer I would give 5 stars but here are my suggestions observations I wish the vocal prompts were available for free runs as well as scheduled and I recently signed up for workouts and it would be nice if there was a 10-15 seconds between excercises to change position You barely finish squats then you are supposed to be on the floor immediately for 30 sec of glute bridges And sometimes you can t see your phone so an alarm that goes off warning you 5 sec left be nice as well

The app is a great motivational tool

The app is a great motivational tool that is pretty straight forward to use My favorite part is the navigation bar long the bottom of the app Specifically the eat button along the navigation bar has been the most useful It not only helps with my menu planning for the day but makes me cognizant of how much I was eating Even if I don t stick to the exact menu it helps give me an idea of the quantity and types of foods I should be eating Just knowing that these meals are in place makes me think twice about picking up a random snack or eating my kid s leftovers It makes me realize I don t need those extra calories and I would be eating snacks and leftovers because it was sitting in front of me This feature by itself is worth the price of the app I am still in the beginning stages my Joggo journey but I wish the free run button was less prominent or there was a quick tutorial of all the features During the first week of using it I was confused if I needed to free run even though I had just completed the daily workout or it was a recovery day My goal was to follow Joggo s personalized running plan as close as possible The free run button made me second guess whether I could stick to the plan and lose the weight Sometimes I could not do the workouts plus a free run on the same day On the days this happened I felt guilty about not sticking to Joggo s plan and began to doubt whether I could achieve my desired goal But later I figured out it wasn t necessary and that mental relief alone gave me a boost of confidence to get back on track
