Don t believe the positive reviews

As the other reviews stated - this is the worse gym they do not respond to your emails customer service is no help and have no clue they are either on their phone or disappear from reception showers have not been working for 3 months the air con in the gym is poor changing rooms gym floor feels like a sauna and Ive been told there has been an issue with the air con since opening no proper update or even a discount to membership and trying to cancel due to this they have been ignoring my emails Ive held back before making any complaint however with the way I have been treated I feel that I should air it out Please don t believe the other positive reviews - if you want a gym where you are happy not to shower after training then sign up

UNSAFE UNTRUSTABLE COMPANY DON T ENROLL

They kept charging my bank account for like 5-6 months despite i forbade them in e-mail This is highly ILLEGAL I wrote them to cancel my contract they didn t reply Please NEVER EVER EVER enroll to this company unless you want headaches with court and lawyers for yourself in the future This is a 1 UNTRUSTABLE2 UNSAFE3 UNREALIABLEcompany Good luck with them

Cold showers and horrible service

John Reed Women s club was not able to provide warm water for its members for about two months and did not communicate this openly via app or the website When addressed the girls at the counter suggested I cancel my membership if I was not ready to shower with cold water before using the jacuzzi the sauna or just to wash my hair after a workout I was treated very disrespectfully - in the end I did cancel the membership and would not recommend this place to anyone anymore even though at the beginning I would absolutely love coming here and would invite friends to join The service team has not called me back after two weeks of writing and calling them repeatedly even though they promised to take my matter seriously They now also cancelled my kids club booking option for this remaining month because I said that I want my money back for the last three months Put shortly HORRIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE ZERO professionalism scammed out of three months of membership they owe me now 210

Quite possibly to worse CX I have ever experienced I joined when they first opened an few years ago it was woeful - too many staff and gym issues to cover I left but they continued to take money for the next 3 months and I struggled to get anyone to help me get it back I joined again after being assured all was well - on my first visit i found out the showers don t work and no date for a fix for some time the guy who signed me up forgot to mention it Sounds like misrepresentation to me Yet again multiple calls and no response or should I say the staff curt and the Manager always in meetings and very busy All I can say is DONT JOIN

Illegal charges

I don t recommend this gym at all especially for long contracts I ve been a member for several years and during covid their service dropped quality and also their customer care Despite the fact that I cancelled my contract when the gym was closed and now they are demanding money from me They used to be famous for their customer service but now they are no longer solution oriented

Hello John Reed That cannot be true that you keep charging my account while your fitness centers are closed due to Corona Your policy does not allow more than 3 Months idle period but I believe you should review your policy to reflect the Corona situation That is illegal what you re doing I am paying for a service that I m not getting

I am writing this message on behalf of my husband I wrote to your tech support 2 emails wrote you on Instagram No response I agree with a comment above You are charging the debit card for the service we are not getting Seriously You are closed and you keep charging money and ignoring my emails Next step Well contact the European Consumer department who will force you to respond Dear new customers please avoid signing any contract with this sport center There are a lot of other better options in Prague

Customer service is the key element to run any business and johnreed is definitely keeping loose on that gym vibe and equipments are nice but customer service is the worst They advertise all the time that bring a friend and you ll get month free at the end of my membership and once you finish your membership they will just make excuses to not help Good luck keeping your customers

Extremely poor customer service from front of house staff to management JOHN REED LIVERPOOL STREET and their sales team will do and say anything to potential members so they can join their john I was con in to signing up to JOHN REED LIVERPOOL STREET they sign me up to a 12 month contract and told I could cancel with a month s notice and no contract was sent to me It s been over a year now and John Reed still doesn t want to cancel my membership even though I no longer use the club and I am unable to attend

London Gym is the worst one

London Gym is the worst one Decided to cancel due to the Lack of services promissed in the beginning no showers so no sauna cause who s gonna use it without shower etc etc still got charged full price for notice period as after 3 months without cardio s etc I ve loosed whatever I achieved and had to signed myself for the gym with Sauna and fully operational showers Customer service no clue at all and Staff are rude Changing rooms super hot like sauna equipment ripped Avoid at all costs
