Recently my daughter s buggy frame
Recently my daughter s buggy frame broke where it was factory welded next to the right back wheel After providing the details on Joie website I was contacted via email by Ella Brown who provided details how I can get a replacement She was very supportive throughout the entire process and replied to my emails very promptly 3 times on in a single day which is amazing My trolley was just over the 2 years waranty with 3 weeks but it was honored In just one day since I gave my old trolley to DPD I received a replacemment In total it took 5 days from my querry to receiving the replacement I recommend this company because of this prompt and kind service Also just to let you all know the trolley had no other issue for these 2 years

Absolutely the best customer service
Absolutely the best customer service I was looking for replacement part for a swing and the team were very helpful and sent it without any problems By far one of the best experiences I have had with any organisation Their products are great quality and having good customer service just makes life easier especially if you re a new parent

Perfect customer service
I contacted Joie s customer support team via their online form and couldn t be more pleased with the help I received We had a problem with one of the wheels on our buggy The customer support team quickly identified which spare part we needed and amazingly sent it to us for free It arrived quickly and our buggy is back up and running - thank you very much

I had some missing parts for my daughters serina swing which I tried to order on the website and it wasn t allowing me even though it said in stock I emailed customer service and they got back to me right away and was able to send me a unique link so I can order the parts I was missing Caroline went above and beyond to make sure I was able to make the order and kept apologising Honestly the customer service was impeccable Thank you so much

Only ever had great experiences from Joie
I m genuinely shocked by the negative reviews on this brand I have 4 car seats by them the travel system electric rocker All have been great products The pram is perfect Car seats I have a gemm joie signature joie everystage and 360 ispin Both my kids loved all the car seats even my daughter and she had bad reflux as a baby She s 3 and in the every stage now or ispin They feel very safe The signature is mega for lying flat and transferring onto the pram with the adaptors The rocker has been great too I had to email customer services once for advice on seat positioning and they were quick and efficient A shame others have had bad experiences but I can honestly say I love their products and wouldn t have done it differently if started over with kids

I ve never received such an amazing experience with a baby child brand before in fact with any brand I can not believe or express how thankful I am to Joie and there customer service agent Zoe who went up and beyond to help me She dealt with my query very quickly and resolved it within hours The customer service from Joie and the whole experience is impeccable I am now looking into purchasing all of my future baby products from Joie Baby number 2 is very nearly here I would defiantly recommend buying from them And I will 10000 be referring all of my friends and family Once again thank you all so much especially Zoe

Lovely experience
I had a lovely experience with Sarah in Joie s customer service team We had purchased a double buggy for a very vulnerable family through a charity and it broke just before Christmas Sarah arranged for the buggy to be collected and replaced at no expense to the client She went out of her way to ensure this was as smooth a process as possible Its really changed the way that I view the company due to the empathy shown and excellent customer service Thank you
