Customer service is awful Hands down just don t waste your money Had one break between kids and just past the warranty date They wouldn t even help me troubleshoot the problem Just dish out money for a new one

Terrible customer service
Someone gave us a MamaRoo Bassinet and we were so excited to have a bassinet that rocked the baby to sleep and had a white noise machine built in When we received it the bassinet would work as intended for the white noise machine but when we tried to put it into motion the machine would go for a second and then stop and blink at us without moving anymore If you look online at their support pages or online forums this is a common problem for this product This wouldn t be enough for a 1 star review but when I tried to reach out to the customer service team their only advice was to try different a different outlet Once that didn t work the only other option was to replace the entire motor which costs 350 only 100 than buying a brand new one After numerous attempts at getting them to advise on how to work on this ourselves to fix it with no luck I have to write this review to warn people about this company If anything goes wrong you are on your own They do not care and will do nothing to help you fix their own product You d think they d have it figured out with how often this happens to this product STAY AWAY

The worst customer service
We received what looks like a very old unit in a box that was supposed to be a new mamaroo It was purchased from buy buy baby how we because they are closing they won t take back this unit and advised me to go through mamaroo directly The return policy and customer service is the worst I have ever seen in my life The customer service rep was the absolute worst rep I ve seen as well Her name was C line Lopez and she did nothing to help me didn t even attempt to try to do something This was a gift to us from family over seas who paid astronomical amounts of shipping to get it to us Unbelievable customer service I ve been through about 10 hoops between her and buy buy baby and yet I m still stuck with this used unit that someone obviously swapped out

Not worth the price
It s one of those occasions where you do not get what you pay for My son is only 10 weeks old and now this product makes a very loud banging noise with every transition At this point it s an expensive uncomfortable hammock that doesn t move

Avoid at All Costs MamaRoos are Faulty and Customer Service is Horrific
WARNING The MamaRoos are a disaster waiting to happen Countless moms have experienced them breaking and unfortunately mine did immediately To make matters worse their customer service is nothing short of abysmal They flat-out refused to honor the warranty even though I had the original packaging and it was brand new The treatment I received was shockingly rude when I simply asked for a repair not even a refund they coldly told me We can t make everyone happy This company is an absolute joke They clearly don t care about their customers or standing by their products I will never purchase from them again Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this brand

Clearly says on the 4moms website if the machine is damaged you have 2 year warranty from purchase date and they will repair or refund or send new parts but they don t help and do not fix your broken mamaroo do not but this item

Rockaroo - life saver
I bought the rockaroo 2 days ago and I con honestly say that it has been the biggest life saver My 2mo hated being in her bouncer or on her play mat for any longer than 5 minutes She always needed to be rocked to sleep Now I put her in her rockaroo and she will happily play and then nod off to sleep With 2 other big kids it d made getting things done so easy

Im not one to leave reviews but I think this company deserves recognition Bought a mamaRoo multi-motion baby swing in may Not had it long had the dreaded flashing screen on base unit went on google for a quick fix to no avail Quick phone call to customer services by the way was excellent advised to send proof of purchase and a quick video of the fault Two days later a replacement base was sent out Cannot fault their customer services and the way this company handles warranty issues
