Payments are difficult

Product not arrived yet but really struggled to pay on an actual card and the only option was to sign up to PayPal to get payment to go through Considering they take a direct debit from said account each month that money is fine but can t accept the same card on extra fees it s somewhat frustrating

Damaged item Hi team i just received my package but one of the items is damaged i really liked the boots As i really liked the material i would like to return and exchange the damaged leggings I tried in your app but accidentally i chose the wrong reason of returning Can you assist please Kind regards

My order went smoothly

My order went smoothly and I immediately got an email confirming my order but the size was incorrect it was 2 sizes bigger than what I had ordered

I found the items great on the app

I found the items great on the app placed everything into my shopping basket but when it came time to check out I couldn t do it on the app I had to use my browser to finish the process which I find odd as I have never had the issue before

Some items were not showing in the search menu but because I had ordered them before I typed in the item name and they came up For Example the Elsa Sherpa Thong Slipper

Low stock of anything any good in most

Low stock of anything any good in most sizes except 8 and 10 Very expensive once you are a v i p member and hard to leave as you have to spend your credits before you cancel or you will lose them Which is hard to do when there s nothing in your size

Bumps in final pay procedure

You have to split the orders into smaller groups as it gives an error message if done in large Other than that the order is smooth - I always get my pieces

My shoe came with weird colored Marks

My shoe came with weird colored Marks and the marks keeps getting bigger and plenty I thought the marks were going to wipe off eventually because I see that mark was the same color with the heel so maybe it was a paint error but they didn t instead it became worse and ugly
