What an appalling company I can t delete my account they keep taking my money unless I skip the month but won t update my new debit card details so I can t buy anything anyway with my member credits Totally disgusted with JustFab justcrap would be a more appropriate name shame on you

Terrible company

Terrible company Incredibly hard to cancel my subscription and delete my account And even after eventually doing this they still send useless emails And when I try to unsubscribefrom them the unsubscribe button doesn t work and hasn t done for months

I am literally bankrupt in credit card

I am literally bankrupt in credit card debt over their monthly takings that s been going on for almost 2 years now each attempt to cancel their deduction is a dead end as they keep advising to use the 35 points l have lam getting sick each month seeing them suck me dry like this Been up all night today and each time l click cancel its not responding but if l go on shopping it immediately redirects me AAAAAAHHHHHH

This company uses a vip discount scheme where if you use their discount you are automatically registered as a VIP member there Then they proceed to take 39 directly from your account EACH month non refundable DO NOT USE THIS SITE S DISCOUNT IF YOU DON T WANT TO PAY A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

Avoid Unless hooker CEO is your style

Absolutely terrible styles and quality Frequently order a normal size and when arrives it sa different size on box to label and the item fits 4 sizes smaller The styles have been reduced to you can wear pyjamas everyday or look like a hooker for business And don t even bother trying to cancel your membership It s almost impossible

if i could give them below one star i would it is a scamthey say if uyou don t skip the month the money is taken for my VIP membership and is stored as member credits this is false i have never hadMEMBER credits even when i have forgotten to skip and they take the 35 it is extremely difficult to completely cancel my VIP MEMBERSHIP which is how they get you it s terrible that we can t just easily click a button to cancel the membership as easier as itis to sign up

Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely disgusting I bought a pair of shoes and at no point did I see anywhere that I had signed up to be a VIP I don t doubt the info must have been on there because they need to cover their backs but it must have been extremely well hidden And now I am being charged 44 just before Christmas I am trying to dispute it with my bank but I imagine they won t cancel the payment Disgusting Co pany and should be ashamed of themselves

Be sure to cancel vip membership

Don t make it clear about their vip membership that unless you select skip to buying something each month you ll get charged 45 for absolutely nothing which they call account credit but obviously you may not have that money to spend but you now have no choice I ve now seen other people saying the same thing which shows how sly they are about it if it s happening all the time I will obviously be trying to get my money back and cancelling my membership but what s the betting they make it impossible to get my money back Absolutely disgusting that a company would be so sneaky Will never be buying from them again and will be telling people to steer clear

They are attracting customers by lying with very low prices when in fact you need to pay for subscription 35 every month so if you do some math you end up losing 35 every month pretty sure no one orders 1 pair every month And even if they would 35 10 cheapest pair here 45 and I m positive for this money you can find shoes anywhere else better quality Say no to this sh
