I have ordered some stuff from justfab

I have ordered some stuff from justfab but I don t want to order every time but if I don t skip they take money which I find you feel trapped to stay they don t allow you to leave I tried to cancel but I couldn t you guys need to have system where people don t have to skip and take our money

My experience had been difficult because it was my first time I ordered from justfab They have very patience and Supportive and honest

Total payment increased

My total bill said two credits were included so it minus 70 making total to pay 14 90 However when I sent the payment through the final was only one credit which meant I paid 49 90 and not 14 90 I feel I ve been stitched up and the original bill was not honest

Wrong sized boot was sent

Wrong sized boot was sent 2 sizes up I then requested an exchange in time for Christmas which was confirmed would be fine I then received an email to say the required size is out of stock when I go online this is not the case so I have now had to order again Hoping the correct size now turns up

Shoes seem low quality for the price

Shoes seem low quality for the price They make it almost impossible to cancel subscription and want to keep taking 40 a month for low quality shows

I ve just ordered two pairs of shoes and looks like you re going to be sending me the wrong size for both Then I m gonna have to go through all the hassle of sending them back and getting my money The app and website are absolutely ridiculous

Never a smooth checkout purchase

Been a VIP member for 6 years nowUsually I end up skipping the month apart from the few times I forget to One occasion I used my credits and the shoes were lovely but the heel broke after one use Super sad You expect more for the full value they sell them for They also messed up my address on this order so took ages for it to arrive This time round I used 2 of my credits which the total should have been 4 9 which is what got authorised from my bank but they ve taken the full payment out Fingers crossed this can be refunded and sorted Otherwise I m going to cancel my VIP subscription

Doesn t remind for month skipping and the shoe options are not wide For wide fit foot there are only 2 heels available and out of stock All the regular fit shoes are too narrow and always had to be se track

Not enough options in style

Not enough options in style Also this was supposed to be a gift Usually at check out on other websites they ask you if it s a gift so they can wrap it as such maybe remove the price tag etc But the option to select gift at checkout was not given in this case

Worst customer service

The shoes were great but the customer service I experienced was awful I was randomly charged 44 for a membership I did not want to be a part of I rang just fab to cancel it and get a refund I am still waiting for that refund and my membership was never cancelled Then went on a live chat a week later to ask about it and the advisor was so rude Never experienced such awful customer service
