I ve been a VIP member for many years without issue Have an alarm set on my phone for 1st of every month to remind me to skip For the past 3 months in a row despite skipping I have been charged After complaining I did get Octobers payment refunded this made me even more cautious and aware to make 100 sure I skipped and yet I now have 70 taken over November and December I m really disappointed as have been a loyal VIP member for years and now I m feeling very conned and will have to delete my account as I can t afford to be charged even when I skip
