I ve been a VIP member for many years without issue Have an alarm set on my phone for 1st of every month to remind me to skip For the past 3 months in a row despite skipping I have been charged After complaining I did get Octobers payment refunded this made me even more cautious and aware to make 100 sure I skipped and yet I now have 70 taken over November and December I m really disappointed as have been a loyal VIP member for years and now I m feeling very conned and will have to delete my account as I can t afford to be charged even when I skip

I tried the first time VIP offer and wanted to order some boots and basic leggings at sale price to then see if the VIP member charge was worth it The boots are fine and the leggings are terrible quality They were 20 and bobbled straight away they have now discoloured and are bobbled all over after just three wears and washes Awful quality cancelled membership as I don t want to pay for anymore bad quality clothing even at their discounted rate

I tried to make my order using your app for a week The order kept failing to go through and customer service were unable to solve this Eventually I tried using your website which worked immediately Unfortunately as this order took me a week to place one of the items I wanted was out of stock by this time Disappointing Please sort out the app

The bags are ok but I ordered a pair of loafers in a size 6 3 or 4 times and each time they arrived as a size 5 completely useless customer service One person assured me that the issue would be fixed in the warehouse and I would definitely receive the correct size while another said they can t guarantee this Complete waste of money Also don t sell plus size clothes so as I say the only decent thing are the bags but for that price you could probably get a designer bag in Tk Maxx I was a VIP member for about 6 years and I don t know why

I have been a VIP member for ages i have bought several things and although I have been satisfied with my purchases I do think they are over priced I currently have 3 member credits and have done for months I cannot spend these as nothing I would like is ever in my size therefore my money is just sat that I have tried to cancel my account but they say I need to spend the credits first why can t I just get my money back and cancel Its my money

Took 5 attempts to order hopefully not charged 5 times I ll be cancelling straight away as the 45 charge a month is a catch that you shouldn t fall for

I made a purchase with Justfab six months ago a month later they started trying to discount a price of 44 95 and every time I saw them they were refusing because I hadn t asked for any extra services One day out of carelessness they deducted this amount I tried to contact support and I didn t have any solution because there was nothing in their system even though I had all the debit prints I tried to cancel my registration and I thought that s why they had resolved it and now I look at my account and they keep trying to deduct another 44 95 it s terrible all this trouble

Tried and tried to order discounted shoes that all over advertised Selected my desire boots and it would not process the payment at all without any error or message on the screen Will just stop loading Ones did asked me to check the additional securities with my bank approved the payment but still the money were not taken from my account therefore no JustFab boots for me lost the discount as well as was only one hour available

The selection on offer is always so limited I wish there was more product ranges to choose from It is too limited

This website seems to go backwards Used to be able to get a large selection of shoes clothes and bags which were the staples of the site They haven t restocked for months nothing new despite continuously advertising new in across their categories the current shoe stock is utterly grotesque and probably accounts for the latest desperate-looking 30 off site-wide sale hardly any bags no basic clothing items or they ve run out of sizes and not restocked for months new bundles are pointless as run out of most items or sizes sporadic and seemingly desperate unstrategised flash sales across selected or site-wide items only to anger customers who ve already bought new stock at full price and still I m not quite sure what I m getting as a long term VIP member I can no longer even spend my banked money with you And to add insult to injury you ve now added children s clothes to the line which are not filtered in search but just bundled in with the women s stock - why This is utterly useless to me This is your lowest point in years JustFab what on earth are you doing to your customers and your business Shoddy disappointing disorganised unstrategised and unbelievably ugly current shoe selection fine if you re under 14yrs probably but I am a fully grown adult - and yes this is the women s collection I m referring to not the children s one I have money to spend with you but this is not what I signed up for
