I was happy with the bread service I

I was happy with the bread service I went to India i have send email to sespend dread till December some reason you send bread and charge me 24 pound I don t know where bread was delivered I was in India I don t know how delivery and where it going when I came back I have orders the bread and charge 24again it should not be charge twice it wrong I requested for refund money I have given 5 refund so I have lost 20 because miss enderstang I have close the account because if I got full refund I will not cancel it if I get full refund I would re open account thanks

The bread supplied was stale and inedible The white rolls had a strange taste and I didn t think they would be safe to eat The good thing is that Juvela are replacing them

DPD ignored my delivery instructions and left parcel on a garden chair An eagle eyed neighbour saved it

I was sent white fresh rolls instead of fresh fibre rolls this isn t the first time something has gone wrong boxes of flour bust and leaking So I have stopped my orders

Delivered to wrong house Phoned straight away but trapped on hold for 24 minutes responder mumbled on the line in what sounded like colleague chatter then hung up I followed with an email and another on Monday No response so far Great products if you can get them

3 of the part baked loaves I received a couple of days ago were burnt and damaged very disappointed especially as the price for these have gone up recently

I want to purchase GF OATS these are offered on the selection list They are NOT available They have NOT been available for at least 2 months I have emailed Juvela at least twice asking when GF Oats will be available NO REPLY In despair to get the other products WHICH I LOVE I bought crispbreads which I will GIVE AWAY to other Coeliac friends

Disappointed

Disappointed I have a subscription and the first thing I knew that I was getting a complete order was when it turned up Our contract is for mix and the right yeast that makes the bread I live very rurally my nearest shop is a 45 mile round trip and they don t stock the right yeast Juvela should have told me before the subscription box was sent out I do get other emails from Juvela so why not one about the yeast They should explain why and give subscribers options I m very disappointment in the company

Tried to contact to cancel my subscription and delivery as cannot use it any more no answer I begged as cannot afford spending 40 just to bin it Ignored
