Nice products shame I can t have exactly what I want

Very pleased with the products Really I only want the part baked bread rolls and would love some of the flour mix Sadly I cannot just purchase what I want and even to change one item always ends in a phone call as your website is not helpful to changes

Sadly not for my IBS gluten-free intolerance it gives me diarrhoea It s tasty but it s a no-no I end up in the toilet every day after just 3 slices of this bread

bread arrived in a box that was open and dented in one corner first loaf o k 2nd when taken from the freezer in small pieces had a job to make one sandwich from the loaf dont know what the others will be like this is not the first time this has happened Having said that the bread is still the one that suits me best

Disappointed that only mixed boxes are available - cannot just purchase the flour mix Also the postage charge was very high Unlikely to purchase any more

Having previously been satisfied with the goods when delivered this time the fibre rolls were battered and one roll reduced to crumbs The outer box was undamaged

Great order options BUT I only want

Great order options BUT I only want bread I have pasta coming out of my ears You want to order bread on its own without loads of pasta- only so often but not every time Great for an all round eater but I only require bread The fresh bread box option is too much because I have nowhere to freeze it that s why I order part baked because of useability and storage Ive had this bread for decades until my prescription stopped by local authority because they wont pay for it Been a coeliac for 51 years Please sort a new box without stuff you don t need

I live on my own and as a coeliac for 50 years I got to have juvela part baked slice bread for many years on prescription until my health authority stopped it When I order a Box I only want bread sometimes Fresh bread box is no good because I have no where to freeze it hence I only require sliced fibre part baked loves If I want them for the amount I need I have to buy large box with pasta and stuff in it I have accumulated at the moment more pasta than all the supermarkets in Redditch Why can t you just buy it on its own and then add pasta and stuff if required

The company dictate what you can buy

Good service nice products but very awkward that the company dictates what you can buy There had to be a mix of bulky fresh products as well as mixes for baking yoursekf and the company say they have no plans to allow customers to choose what they want This is a real shame Juvela already offer different box types why not one more

I love Juvela bread it s my favourite

I love Juvela bread it s my favourite and I especially like the white one toasted The only place I can get it though is in Tesco if I m lucky or if I order online Ordering online is a nuisance as I have to buy a bundle and then I have to switch a small freezer on to keep it I would like to be able to choose what I want not be told which bundle I can have
