Good service over a couple of years however

Good service over a couple of years however on the last two times that I cancelled my months delivery it didn t happen even though I had illed the form in Hence the reduced rating

Another problem

When my order arrived it was incomplete I only received a third of what I ordered These type of errors are not unusual I pay a lot of money on a 6 week cycle and my income is only a small pension so I shouldn t have to put up with poor service

Could do with being vacuum packed

Juvela has always been our favourite gluten free bread Subscription and delivery are always great The loaves could do with being in a vacuum pack and would probably last longer they were packaged like this when they were available on prescription

This is a very good looking quality

This is a very good looking quality bread well presented and packaged My latest order for part baked white rolls obtained from my local pharmacy suffered from the same problem as the fibre rolls That is that they are far too sweet Why spoil what could be and unbeatable product with so much sugar or sweetener They do not work with savoury fillings

A good job but not outstanding

Pleased Juvela always remember me and send parcel Also the price has not increased despite high inflation Website could be more user friendly Also the parcel nearly always arrives several days later than planned Overall a good job but not outstanding

Poor flimsy packaging

Excellent customer service and great gluten free fresh bread However yet again the flimsy box was partly opened Flimsy packaging is unacceptable and I have therefore cancelled my subscription

Juvela still has wheat as a base Update

I didn t realise till now that Juvela products still contain wheat all be it gluten removed This poses a massive problem with gluten related sensitivity which is my condition and is very serious as it s brain related NOT stomach Please consider changing your recipes to include a large percentage of the population with other gluten related conditions Adding this after response from Juvela I understand that Juvela have followed the Codex but new research stipulates that the level of gluten allowed in products is still too high if not completely unsuitable for most NCGS people and coeliacs Obviously the law needs to change after this current research as I have suffered serious side affects with Juvela food products as have many others

No Yeast provided

I have just opened a new pack of Juvela White Mix to make a loaf in a breadmaking machine to find there is no packet of yeast as previously provided I can not now make the bread I need for tomorrow I understand that you are not now providing yeast because of issues with your provider I believe a clear indication should have been provided on the packet that NO YEAST is provided as this is clearly a change to the composition of the product

I love your mixes for pastry and some cakes

I love your mixes for pastry and some cakes but I wish that the bread was not so sweet It s unpleasant to fill a roll with a savoury filling and have sweetish bread I would appreciate it if the available selections had fewer boxes of mix There is just me and it is impossible for me to get through 6 boxes before the use by date Please appreciate that we do not all use Juvela products exclusively Having said that the mixes are fantastic and I would hate to lose them I had them on prescription but our local area does not support this any longer

Bad Experience because if miscommunication

It was very nice to work with Juvela in Mamilhad Pontypool Suddenly there was miscommunication between 3 peoples that include me Sajan Baksh and that lady who was full time worker in that industry She told us to bring the cages which were cleaned We bring the cages which are cleaned but not sanitised She only ask whether they are clean or not we told us it was cleaned as we cleaned the cages yesterday After few days they sacked us from employment and telling that we got too much lose from cages it was not sanitised and we can t sell it My main issue is that lady told us to bring so we bring it
