Jewel Aquarium helped me greatly
I ordered a new flap set for my new rio 350 aquarium I needed new flaps as I could add my old light unit Wednesday at 09 15 and the next day at 17 00 the package arrived at my doorstep I have never experienced such a fast delivery from Germany to Denmark

Jewel Aquarium helped me find the parts I needed for my 450L aquarium Not only they provided me with the list of the items they also gave me advice on how long should I change certain parts of my filtering system I was not able to get support from the team in Portugal and this is sadly the truth Therefore my heartfelt thank you to you Team JEWEL Aquarium

I was missing the feet under the cabinet for my Juwel Rio 240 aquarium So I asked if I good by them from Juwel because I could not find them anywhere else They quickly responded that they would send these feet to me totally free of charge Juwel thank you for this very good service
