Very bad experienc
I m buying another grill for my teeth but I ve never had a problem like with them They sent me a grill that I couldn t fit on my teeth after more than 2 months now I m waiting for them to fix it for more than 4 months I hope get it Very bad customer service

Ordered two grillz in November 2024 he refused to send them It s now February 25 the excuses he used were illness and holiday Customer service is awful he refuses contact in anyway ignores messages and threatened to block me comment on his Instagram to get a reply to receive what I paid for

Ordered a silver grillz set and overall it was a smooth service The dental mould was a bit difficult to do however they organised a video call which really helped After sending the dental mould off it took a week and they sent the Grillz to me I am really happy with them they fit my teeth well and I definitely will be buying more
