The worst customer support ever responses after 3 weeks

Purchased a Momas bike in April it arrived when it was supposed to All good After 2 weeks of light use to commute to work the central part where the motor is it s loosen I asked them how to proceed and they gave me the address of a bike shop in Tromso saying they are the one authorised to touch and work with that part of the bike Because if I would have done it by myself it would have not been covered by the warranty Once I go to the shop they say they have no partnership and they are not going to repair Momas bike Fair enough I got in touch with Kajakk og Fritid again -email and customer service chat - they suggested to send the bike back and had it repaired It took one month before they would send the box and the documents to send the bike The bike was sent the 19th of July 2023 I tried to speed up the process and have it sent before the end of August because in between my working life has changed and I would have moved to another country but they didnt answer to my email 18th of September 2023 I spent 12000 NOK and have no bike plus NO ONE IS ANSWERING MY EMAILS

Company is selling faulty products and not even trying to hide it They sent a list of things which mostlikely are not working already together with order confirmation and send a manual how a user suppose to fix it on his own They not answering phone calls and replay to emails once per 1-2 week It took me almost a month to get a return ticket for a SUP which I couldnt use due to a leaking valve and faulty pump Most of the emails were just repeating how I should fix things on my own in my brand new unused SUP even though I wrote several times that I did everything what they suggest in their solving-problems manual I asked for a new SUP or money back but they still sent me the old SUP back saying that everything is fine The SUP valve has been leaking from the first pumping and a pump didn t have sealing o-ring I do not recommend anybody to buy anything there

I ordered a replacement part for my damaged bicycle from but after waiting four days I received a different product When I contacted customer service they said that I had received the correct product just the picture on their website did not match the name of the product they sent me Now I have to go through the hassle of finding and ordering the correct repair part again which means another week without functioning bicycle

Faulty Ebike

Bough an ebike from online store Fosna Ragnarok dual battery and it came faulty Kept turning off randomly and resetting all settings to default each time Was advised to send it to the nearby Stavanger butik and they held it for a whole month claiming it was a battery issue When I called to check up for some updates I was told it can run on a single healthy battery so I picked it up and the same issue persisted Turns out it didn t have that issue at all After handing it back in and asking to check if the bike can be replaced so I the customer doesn t have to wait forever or cancel purchase since klarna made a request they ignored me and klarna for another month I called Drammen store where their warehouse and main hub is to check if a new bike was requested since they had plenty in stock and they didn t even bother at all and left it still on a battery issue They redirected my call to the Stavanger butik and the young mid 20 s guy who was supposedly handling my case lied about the new bike being there and that they need 2-3 days to assemble it 1 week later I had to call Drammen again and they never shipped a new bike to Stavanger butik and once I called the Stavanger store again and had to threaten with lawsuit since this had crossed into illegal threshold to refund me The online customer service Silje would just leave the conversation and not respond either So immature and petty people that should not be working in this field whatsoever
