Bought a SUP paddleboard here last year and discovered a small leak after this summer Needed help finding the correct glue for the patch provided in the repair-kit glue not included in the kit and sent an e-mail Sunday Got a reply Monday morning with 4 different links to places I could get the glue as well as a detailed explanation on how to repair the leak Very pleased with this experience

I have bought two electirc bike in this shop regardless that one of the first bike got broken I worked in customer service and tech support before and the alloted time given to repairing assistance and extential service and support was never failing They have an excellent service Buying a bike is one thing with a great value but a customer has to always think of the maintenance aftersales are very important I will always choose kajakk and fritid Thanks for Kristin ans the rest of the team for outstanding service Cheers
