Bought an e-bike Shipment and everything was good website was perfectly fine When I got the bike the front wheel was damaged Customer service then fixed this quickly by informing they would send a new one by mail and I also ordered a lock for the bike When I got the package there was no new wheel but two tires and the lock came without mount or key A new tire was then ordered again however after 9 days I still have no shipment confirmation So I have now had a new bike for over one month that I cannot use

Had problems with my E-bike type Fosna Ragnar because after 3 months the speedometer stopped functioning and the electrical motor gave no support to the pedals The error message on display was not mentioned in the service-book Support department of Kajakk og Fritid AS gave me a reply after 3 days and the proposed fix with correcting the position of magnet on back wheel did the trick Bike is good as new
