I bought the jason momas bike 2023 in july last year and started using only when i came home after holiday in august Things were fine but sometimes motor just died ans had thought its bornal Then comes fall and battery starts working half its capacity and according to what i read could be just normal Until came to january it gets lesser capacity and motor start making loud noise Got in touch with kajakk and told me to come and check The bike was fixed after 40-45 minutes battery and motor was replaced for free and for me that is super amazing The motor is super quiete now and battery capacity is like 3 times I am very very happy Its like a new bike again Appreciate the help og Eric he saved my day thank you for being kind and helpful I used my bike to delivery and pick up my kids so its amazing to get help

Happy to see that customer service has greatly improved over the past couple of years I had and issue with the motor on my e-bike and had it quickly seen to by E-MEXX I am very satisfied with the support that I received and will certainly use Kayak and Fritid in the future
