Item bag delivered looked as though it had been opened on opening 1 item received and an empty bag which sould of contained a top

My item arrived without tags

My item arrived without tags and I was concerned because I wanted to return it so I rang for advice I found the person on the line to be difficult to understand and she showed no interest in my questions She simply asked her questions and gave me a date when my item would be collected There seemed to be no way to have a conversation with her

Mix Up Continental Sizing

Ordered a dress The item rec d was a size smaller than ordered although all packaging showed 16 the label on the garment itself said 42 14 Called Cust Services Apologised and immediately dispatched replacement item Exactly same error Someone somewhere does not understand European conversions

Carmen dual control electric blanket

Ordered really good electronic blanket by CarmenGood value at 55 kingside dual controls and really easy to fit no awkward strings etc just a beautiful deep fitted net which fitted the bed beautifully Unfortunately blanket only heated on one side so had to return it Trying a replacement now though so fingers crossed

The dress is beautiful but dress size is on the small side had to order the next size up Hopefully it will fit better

I use Kaleidoscope rarely as object to paying for delivery however had a discount and free delivery offer I ordered 2 items the same product but different sizes as wasn t sure which would fit Neither did So I will be returning them

Trustworthy dress brand

The underwear is really pretty and a good fit as is always this case with this brand Delivered quickly The cost though is high I only shop with Kaleidoscope when there offer discounts as otherwise you can almost always find the same items cheaper elsewhere
