Delivery time

I placed my order for one item on 22 04 2024 and it took 2 weeks to arrive Most online orders take a few days and you are usually advised if there are any delays but I heard nothing until I chased the order up It has now been returned as it is too late in the year for this particular item Not the best service at all

Poor size guide and no free replacement

After reading the size guide and reviews I ordered a size 12 in the tee shirts I was also taking advantage of an offer on the price The shirts were too big and now I have the cost of returning them and as they won t replace them I am now in a position where I loose my duscout offer They are nice tee shirts and just what I am looking for A disappointing experience

Poor service

My package of two plants was left at my neighbour door they are not there at the moment my husband and I both home from 11 30 this morning Not my usual experience very disappointed

Poor communication over order

Poor communication over order Kept extending delivery date Courier didn t knock or ring when delivering parcel Left it in safe place as requested but I wasn t home at the time parcel was delivered I just noticed parcel when I went out of house A not was left on door to say leave in safe place if nobody home but I was home all day and car on drive so courier should have tried to get an answer

Returning parcels is not good

Ordered from them a few times but I m now finding the clothing is very mumsy and boring lately My main problem is that the ordering process is fine and delivery usually ok but quite often late However returning goods is a nightmare I choose a convenient time for collection and no one turns up It happens every time I think they re trying to get customers to use the parcel shops but sometimes there is no return label in the parcel so one has to be printed which not everyone has access to

I have been a customer of Kaleidoscope for many years I made a purchase and promptly received a email offering discount and postage free Very annoying why not offer this before a purchase Also Evri delivered to another property and l do t know where my package is my house name is clearly on my gate First time l have negative comments

The first time I ve ever had to

The first time I ve ever had to complain about service from kaleidoscope I ordered a garden clock and was sent a faulty one which someone had already sent back - it even had the returns label stuck to the packaging Very disappointing and doubt I ll be ordering ever again Clearly issues with the returns system either that or hoping someone else will accept a not fit for purpose item

so disapointed

I now find looking at pages upon pages of different sellers items unsatisfactory The different sizing depending where clothes were made confusing I miss not having a brochure which one can dip in and out off I do not feel I want to sit in front of a screen for hours trying to pick a dress jeans or shoes

Nice designs let down by cheap fabric

Ordered black sleeveless jumpsuit and crochet shrug cardigan Both nice designs let down by very cheap fabric Expensive too so expected better quality Unfortunately had to send back Don t think either would ve even survived one wash

Order delivered to wrong address

Order delivered to wrong address Just had an email saying order delivered and a photo showing proof but it wasn t our house Had to go door to door to find parcel Then received a scam message supposedly from evri saying they couldn t understand the address on the second parcel and asking for bank details prior to delivery
