Terrible terrible quality I brought four swimsuits One after two wears faded stitching began coming undone and the wire begun to pop out of the top Also as I had two swimsuits that didn t fit I had to pay 6 AUS for each piece to return it So another 24 AUS for them to process the return and the postage too So around 35 AUS This is disgusting and very unethical Australian ladies stick with brands like Jets and Seafolly

Awful customer service
Monday swimwear probably has the worst customer service I ve ever experienced One the brand new items I ordered ripped after one wear and the customer service team has been so unhelpful and they re basically saying oh well too bad in different words I m getting phrases like take it to the seamstress and it can tear like any fabric without the acknowledgement that it s been one wear for a pair of 78 shorts It s pretty crazy how little they care about their customers and their experience with their clothes swimwear

Awful quality and rude customer service
This company has the most offensively rude customer service team and incredibly sneaky tactics They abuse fine print to trick you into keeping their poorly made products and disguising their awful quality control I exchanged a top for another in the same size and the one that showed up was about half the size They told me it was MY fault and refused to give me a refund or replacement They were rude and insulting to me This was only one of many horrible customer experience incidents I had in a single purchase Their are so many bathing suit brands out there skip this one

Awful customer service
Awful customer service Cancelled my order because of their No Fraud software then gave me the run around when I asked for my refund It s been a week and the charge is still on my card and they are not doing anything about it In fact they are being sarcastic in their emails when I m sending them proof that I m still getting emails from their No Fraud software to upload images of my credit card If my order is cancelled then why am I still getting those emails and why is the charge still there I ve seen similar comments on instagram of people asking for their money Beware of this company

The worst customer service
The worst customer service They don t know where my product is after 3 weeks of ordering it refusing to give me a refund and asking me to wait another 2 weeks until they can track where the parcel is Not sure what era they are living in but since when was waiting 5 weeks for a product even normal Sorry guys think you need to do a much better job of this because at present it feels you are running a joke of a company

Horrible Horrible experience I recently bought a lovely blue swimsuit from them Wore the suit once into the pool and it completely discolored When I emailed their customer service team they said they don t recommend wearing their swimsuits into pools or hot tubs What is the point of being a swimsuit company if you can t wear the product into the water What a scam Please save yourself the money and do not buy from this company

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service Disappointed with quality I ordered the blue linen boyfriend shirt and after the first wash following instructions on their label both sleeves became unravelled It s like the thread disintegrated I reached out to MondaySwimwear s customer service and they accused me of washing it incorrectly Really In three different emails to me they kept saying remind me of how you washed the shirt how did this happen etc I will never order from this company again

If I could give a 0 I would Worst customer service in history they can t track my parcel or provide me with accurate tracking details They keep telling me to wait 30 business days for international parcels and referring me back to policy There s no empathy at all from these people I ve lodged a dispute with Pay Pal for my money back The parcel is never going to come Terrible cheap and nasty service You re better off shopping at Shein it s probably where they get their products made anyway

They used to be good but now it s just a Huge Scam Devin Brugman and Tash Oakley you should be ashamed of yourselves Customers order items they don t arrive for weeks even though you pay for express shipping The majority of the items you order aren t even in the package Monday swimmer refuses to take any liability and tells you to take it up with UPS UPS can obviously do nothing when it is clearly Monday swimwear at fault Monday swimwear refuses to offer any kind of refund or help they send rude emails and stop responding

Purchased a swimsuit wore it in water the colour ran The brand advised We are sorry to see the damage that chlorine has caused your suits Our team recommends to be cautious of the exposure of chlorine to our suits through our care tips page as swimwear fabric is extremely delicate Unfortunately some environmental factors that swimwear may be exposed too can cause more damage than others and our team is unable to determine what and how much may exactly be in the water that a suit is exposed to Due to these circumstances our best course of precautionary advice is direct care after exposure of these chemicals I believe that translates to be careful if you are wearing monday swim swimmers not to swim
