Stand up organization Great products and service

I ordered an amazing looking and functional bath set from Kardiel but long story short once we received the Japanese soaking tub from another company we realized that the faucet would not work I immediately called Kardiel up and they were very understanding about the situation and even though I was outside their return window they allowed me to swap out for another bath set that would work since we hadn t actually installed or used the unit They also expedited the order and made sure we received the unit and were happy with everything It s hard finding companies like this and I highly recommend them
