Great value for money for second year subscription

Great value for money for second year subscription but only after I had deleted the auto-renew subscription and was offered the service at half price and then got a further 10 discount when purchasing the product The installation wasn t straightforward but not overly complicated if you have a moderate level of IT knowledge Good all round package though

I had a problem with auto renew

I had a problem with auto renewal as my bank card had changed since last year I had updated my personal details via the links but the renewal still failed I contacted customer help point and they cancelled the auto renew Then I had to update my personal details again before I could purchase a new annual registration The customer support team were excellent once I had grasped the procedure to what was involved and offered me a discount on my new sign up fee I am now happily protected for the next year but wish the whole proceedure could have been simpler

Kaspersky is all good

Kaspersky is all good and what you expect them to be can protect you online against all the virus and malware and does it job well However the -1star denotes to the fact that they can be heavy on the systems and thus slows the PC for a bit especially the i3 or Ryzen 3 processors

At least twice a day

At least twice a day when I first switch on the computer and also later in the day I receive a notification telling me there is a problem to connect to My Kaspersky This never happened with the 2020 edition The My Kaspersky icon disappeared from the desktop and I am not able to replace it My Samsung Galaxy A40 started to countdown the 2 year licence straight away even though I still had 20 plus days remaining on the old licence These problems are ongoing so date of experience is meaningless

Total Security

I purchased a new 2022 Total Security online at Kaspersky on 13 09 22 I installed on 28 09 22 a day before the end of one year contract The installation went ok but when checked I noticed I had 351 days remaining so I had lost 14 days I hope Kaspersky will reinstate the lost 14 days Thanks David

My Norton account was up for renewal

My Norton account was up for renewal and I thought why not change to save some money finances are a little tight so I looked at Kaspersky amongst others With the info available I went for your good selves I had difficulty installing your software so I used your 24 7 live chat resource and all was sorted Lets see what the next 12 months with Kaspersky brings - Hopefully another great review

seamlessly works

Seems to seamlessly work without too much configuration although on install it does not like the presence of malwarebytes on the hard drive Malwarebytes is only used once in a while to do a spot check and is not running all the time but Kaspersky is not amused at its presence It can be confusing to find some tools as they can be buried deep in the menu

All minor difficulties were resolved

All minor difficulties were resolved and the installation of Kaspersky Standard went off OK Better would be to make clear that you don t receive a Licence Key to install downloaded installation files Instead you merely login to My Account and it s done from there This could have been made clear from the start - would have saved me time and anguish

Kaspersky products are very good I use

Kaspersky products are very good I use most of them Total Security VPNSometimes dealing directly with Kaspersky can be a little challenging always directed at a bot which I hate because you never get the answer you need Many colleagues say that I don t need AV any longer as Microsoft does a good job I am not convinced I will be sticking with dedicated AV for the foreseeable future Kaspersky maybe or maybe not I will evaluate the new products
