I have used Kaspersky on all devices

I have used Kaspersky on all devices for years the 10 device option represents excellent value for money the safe money and safe networking Total Security package are particularly useful the website filtering and safe kids settings are also for grandkids when visiting The VPN is restricted to 300Mb per day on the Total security Suite this is the only limiting issue with Kaspersky

50 off Thanks but couldn t hear v well Also I bought a month early and cover is from when I bought it rather than the actual renew date I thought if I didn t use the link in time it may stop working

Overall kaspersky is excellent No problems really The only issue is i am still on version 2021 are we ever going to get a new version It is meant to auto upgrade when a new version arrives and still no sign The last new version came in 2020

I have had your product from 2016 and it is second to none however trying to install the my latest purchase is not easy because every time i get the old version with only a few days left

Had problems downloading and installing It overwrote what was left of the previous version Apart from that no other problems and your products always work well I have no hesitation in recommending you to my friends

Always been happy with Kapersky despite renewal process being a bit tenuous Also dislike the 19 99 for new users but loyal ones pay 34

Kaspersky Total Security

I purchased Kaspersky Total Security from Amazon s website usually cheaper than direct from Kaspersky I ve hardly had any problems using Kaspersky over the last 4 years and it was one of the most recommended so bought again although now not recommended for large security conscious organizationI believe my 2022 version will be the last non-cloud version as now they appear to be going over to cloud based security My only reservation is that Kaspersky is a Russian based company Likely I won t buy next year due to Putin s Ukraine invasion

Auto re-new ambiguous

Would probably give 4 5 but no option for this I paid for and used the auto renew service All great All great However - it was ambiguous how the activation code entry would work I entered the activation code 2 days before the end of my current period - and it couldn t save my activation code because it was an auto-renew activation code So I had to wait until the license expired then entered this I don t mind but if I was a non-computer savvy individual I d be paranoid that it wasn t going to update Also auto-update said it would auto-renew license within 24 hours of purchase - didn t happen Just for the love of god make things clear - thank you for buying autorenew - if the system does not auto-renew itself please enter your passcode on the day of expiry - saving the passcode will not work for autorenew So that fools like me can understand it

Overall helpful response but can be more seamless

Initially I had some trouble getting a response and renewing my product but then upon my second attempt the response was actually quite good and helpful The company can work on its contact -ability and also ease of renewal options for sure but overall was good once I wrote about the problem
