Charged 49 99 after deleting the account

Deleted the account on 12th of December the email said Your devices and subscriptions are disconnected personal security settings are reset Discount offerings are cancelled Two weeks later I received an attempted charge of 49 99 on my bank account Avoid at all costs

Auto renewal AFTER cancellation

There was no option to cancel auto renewal so I deleted my whole account 3 weeks later Kaspersky still auto renewed I am sure this breaks many parts of the contractual commitment possibly law and certainly PCI DSS compliance as they used my payment details AFTER the deletion of my account

Confusing sequence of events to renew Kapersky need to work with a user and go through each step a Kapersky customer has to take to improve and simplify the IT renewal system At Oracle we called this a brown paper exercise Good luck happy to help take Kapersky through this process

I d give fewer stars if I could Dishonest company with awful customer service I had my account deleted in February 2022 and in September I got a charge on my card for an auto-renewal I contacted their support team who said the only way to sort it was to log into my online account which I obviously couldn t as it was deleted Fast forward a year and they ve just tried to take a second payment thank god the card expired I ve contacted support again and been told they removed auto renewal Only to find a second attempt to take my money the next day I got back in touch again and told them to remove all of my card and personal information only to be asked to jump through several hoops to contact the right people The whole thing is a joke and must be breaking some kind of trading laws Do not use kaspersky

I personally dont think these companies

I personally dont think these companies know what they are doing The product didnt pick anything up on my mobile which had been hacked I ve previously used them and paid a subscription when I had problems with another phone They were not interested in helping me I think their technology is too far behind what is out there now Everyone should be tech savy now and take their bank cards off their phones its not safe Sorry Kaspersky UK you asked for a review Personally I think you should update the quality of your product with the times for cyber security otherwise your product is just a waste of time

Autorenewal despite having cancelled

Autorenewal despite having cancelled For the second year running it has renewed despite me cancelling it Again I m going to have to go to my bank Their support process doesn t allow you to speak to anyone just sends you round in circles

Beware of subscription

I have tried to cancel this subscription for 5 years now Despite having moved 7 years ago and the credit card used expired 6 years ago This company ignores my cancellations attempts Makes it very unclear as to how to cancel and somehow manages to continue to take subscriptions Do not subscribe

Total scam

Total scam Not possible to cancel It is physically impossible for me to remove my payment card details from their system Reported them to Barclaycard as a scammer and requested they block all future payments

Don t auto renew

I initially got this product free as a feature of my back account I can no longer access my account and I m therefore unable to use the product that I now pay for through an automatic renewal every year I am unable to cancel the product and I can t access it to use it I absolutely detest this company and what they are doing to customers Please avoid I can t usefully review the product as I ve been unable to use it for years

Do Not Use Password Manager

Total Security seemed fine for last 3 years but suddenly Password Manager refused to accept my login PW Kasperky saying I have forgotten although I have to enter daily when I turn on my PC Was advised to create new storage with all data lost And a Sorry for the inconvenience msg Still subscribed for another 18 months which they refuse to refund
