Very trustworthy Even more effective

Russian tech companies such as Kaspersky have gained a bad reputation during the past year due to the war being labled as spyware and backdoors among other nonsensical titles As I have been a user of Kaspersky and Yandex products for around a year now I can confirm that they are completely trustworthy Infact Yandex another large russian tech software company and competitor to Google has done a great deal to change Russia s stance on online privacy as a whole making Russian net privacy tighter than ever for foreigners and mainlanders alike As for the quality of Kaspersky s apps and services they are superb and rival any sort of western affiliated product I have used in my lifetime Everything produced by Kaspersky is very user friendly and accessible the style of the software is great and I would happily keep paying for their software for years over Overall as a citizen of the United Kingdom I am very satisfied with the products and services that Kaspersky provides Thank you for everything you bless the internet with

We have been using Kaspersky for the past few years and find it fantastic Their customer service is excellent We would not think of changing

I ve been using Kaspersky for about 12 years and find it gives great protection without any noticable slowing down of the PC I can wholeheartedly recommend Kaspersky to other users On the rare occasion I ve had a problem Kaspersky support were really helpful I recommend Kaspersky to friends and customers and have only come across 1 instance of there being an issue that was with a bespoke accounting and stock control programme called KEY which uses multiple databases and they were being blocked from opening Whilst it was possible to resolve this by using exceptions my customers asked that I remove Kaspersky and install Norton which was the recommended secirity programme

Just bought 2 years cover for 5 machines for 22 which represents good value I ve never had a problem with Kaspersy so will keep using it

This company has always given excellent support and products I ve been a customer of their complete packages for many years but with the current political climate and the fact that my subscriptions were up for renewal I decided that I cannot knowingly give a single red cent to Russia so it s goodbye I m off to Nord

The perils of automatic renewal

Receiving an email regarding the imminent renewal of my Total Security package I was told that since I had selected automatic renewal the fee would be taken from my bank in a few days I was also told that I would receive a preferential rate However I was subsequently charged the full rate Querying this by email I was told that sometimes special deals are available I was given the option of cancelling my renewal and selecting a half-price offer linked to the email This I did and have now renewed my security for another year at half price I would say that this is a fair outcome and I have no complaints about the service I received but would offer this advice Remove the automatic renewal facility on your package and when the time comes to renew Google the best offers for a new Kaspersky key code This will be emailed to you Keep it until your existing one is about to expire as the new period will begin as soon as you enter the key By doing this you will save at least half cost of an automatic renewal

Excellent AV for my business and personal devices and from a trustworthy company that has unfortunately been caught up by Putin s invasion of Ukraine With Russian IT companies only paying 3 tax there will very little money from these companies going to Putin
